Architectural rendering companies in Madrid

Which 3D rendering studios are actually based in Madrid?.

Five, on the evidence of their own websites. They are not ranked; they do genuinely different work, and the one you want depends on whether you are selling flats, winning a competition, or animating a motorway interchange. Last updated: September 10, 2026.

Beauty & The Bit

Marqués de Lozoya 36, 28007 Madrid

The internationally known one. A boutique studio of architects, photographers and designers that has been at it for over fifteen years, working almost entirely for star architecture practices rather than developers — Bjarke Ingels Group, Schmidt Hammer Lassen, KAAN Architecten, C.F. Møller, Dorte Mandrup, HENN. Stills, animation, VR and 360°, plus an illustration arm. Every project is credited to the architect. No published pricing.

JVA Renders

Plaza de los Reyes Magos 12, Madrid

Working since 2013 from Madrid, New York and Buenos Aires, with 175+ projects and 2,000+ images delivered. The only studio here that publishes a price: an on-site calculator that estimates 280–330 € per image excluding VAT, with 25% added for 360°, 40% for a virtual tour and 10% for work starting inside a week. Covers houses, residential complexes, towers, competition imagery and interiors.

Renders Madrid

Príncipe de Vergara 82, 28006 Madrid

Operated by Nbucle Creative Communication S.L. and aimed squarely at property marketing — developers, investment funds and housing cooperatives. Wraps archviz in the rest of the campaign: it is a licensed drone operator and builds the sales landing pages too, so a photomontage over a real aerial plate and the microsite it sits on come from one supplier. Publishes its process, including two revision rounds, but no prices.

Weaver

José Rizal 1, Madrid · second office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The estate-agency specialist. Its named clients are all Century 21 franchises, and the service list goes down to the level a listing actually needs: exterior and interior renders, 3D floor plans, per-room kitchen and bathroom visuals, and 360° tours with VR. Spanish-language site only. No published pricing.

Gedespro 3D

Majadahonda, Comunidad de Madrid

The infrastructure outlier, and the one to call when the subject is not a building. Construction-sequence animation, engineering simulations, photomontages and infoarquitectura for large infrastructure, with a client list of tier-one Spanish contractors and consultancies — Ineco, Dragados, Eptisa, Ortiz Construcciones. No published pricing.

Reading the search results

Why is the Madrid list only five studios long?.

Because most of what ranks for “renders Madrid” is not in Madrid. Of roughly twenty-five sites checked for this page, the majority were headquartered in Barcelona, Vigo, Alicante, Málaga, Murcia, Ponferrada or outside Spain, each running a Madrid landing page for the search traffic. Several more were directory sites with no address at all, and five studios named in other Madrid listicles no longer resolve to a live domain.

That is not a reason to avoid those studios — remote archviz works fine, and several of them are good. It is a reason not to call them a Madrid list. Nor is stating a city an address: Videarium, a Madrid studio founded in 2016, publishes only “Madrid, Spain” and no domicile, so it is not counted. Five is what Madrid actually supports on a first-party address check, so five is what this page has.

Strong Spanish studios that are not in Madrid

Estudio Agraph

Valencia

Founded 2009. The closest thing in Spain to Beauty & The Bit's client profile — Nieto Sobejano, Francisco Mangado, Cruz y Ortiz, Emilio Tuñón, Fran Silvestre — with competition imagery at its core.

Play-Time

Barcelona

The other Spanish name that comes up in any serious conversation about architectural imagery. Barcelona-based, so it is not a Madrid studio, but it works nationally.

Choosing one

What should you check before hiring a Madrid studio?.

A published address, not a phone number

A Madrid prefix and a Madrid landing page are not a Madrid studio. Check the aviso legal — Spanish sites are required to carry one, and it names the company and its domicile.

Portfolio credited to somebody

The strongest studios name the architect on every image. Anonymous testimonials and uncredited renders are the pattern worth questioning.

Revisions in writing

Ask how many rounds the quote includes and what a further one costs. Two is the common answer in Madrid, and it is rarely on the website. Settle the camera on a free Render a House pass first and you may never need the second round.

The right specialism

Competition imagery, listing renders and infrastructure animation are three trades. All three exist in Madrid, and they are not interchangeable.

Render a House

Render a House, alongside a Madrid studio.

A studio is the right answer for the image that has to be perfect — the competition board, the launch hero, the photomontage that goes to the ayuntamiento. It is an expensive answer for the four options nobody has chosen between yet. Side by side:

What you get

3D integration

Where your CAD software exports a mesh, upload it and set the camera in the browser, then render from that view.

Rendering

Photorealism in seconds rather than a queued calculation you leave running over lunch.

Video

A camera move across the same project, generated from a finished still. Nothing to animate.

Design

Try materials, light and surroundings until the version you want exists, without touching the source model.

Refinement

Fix one part of a render — a facade panel, a tree, a sky — without starting the image again.

Precision

Your geometry is respected: the walls, openings, heights and proportions you drew in your CAD software stay where you put them.

Collaborative

Share a link and take comments on the image itself, so feedback lands on the render rather than in an email thread.

Mobile and web

Runs in the browser, on the machine you have open, including a laptop that would struggle with a local render engine.

4K

Delivery resolution, ready to print or put on a board without a separate upscaling step.

Render a House takes an export from the model you already have and returns a photorealistic image in seconds, in a browser, with no render engine and no graphics card. Use it to decide what the image should be, then commission the one that matters from one of the five studios above. What rendering services cost covers the wider market.

What Render a House cannot replace.

  • A photomontage for a licencia or planning submission. That needs a surveyed camera and a signature, and it is exactly what a Madrid studio sells.
  • A competition board image with a specified camera and specified materials. Render a House directs by description; the board wants control.
  • A launch hero a buyer will hold against the finished flat. Buy that render.
  • Any measured drawing. Render a House output is a concept image, never a plano.

Common questions about rendering studios in Madrid.

How much does a 3D render cost in Madrid?

Almost no Madrid studio publishes a rate. The one that does, JVA Renders, runs a calculator that estimates 280–330 € per image excluding VAT, with 25% added for a 360° version, 40% for a virtual tour and 10% for a rush start. Everyone else quotes after seeing the drawings, which the studio Icaras 3D explains on its own pricing page: a standard price has to assume the worst case, so publishing one makes the work more expensive rather than less.

Why do so many studios that rank for “renders Madrid” turn out to be somewhere else?

Because per-city landing pages are cheap and a Madrid address is not. Of roughly twenty-five sites that rank for Madrid rendering queries, most are headquartered in Barcelona, Vigo, Alicante, Málaga, Murcia, Ponferrada or outside Spain entirely, running a /renders-madrid/ page for the search traffic. Every studio on this page has a Madrid or Comunidad de Madrid address published on its own site.

Do Madrid rendering studios work in English?

Some. Beauty & The Bit runs an English-first site and JVA Renders offers an English version. Renders Madrid, Weaver and Gedespro 3D publish in Spanish only, which usually reflects who they work for rather than what they can do.

What should I send a Madrid studio to get a quote?

Plans, sections and elevations — a CAD or BIM model if you have one, PDFs if you do not — plus the views you want, the finishes, and the real deadline. Renders Madrid publishes its process with two revision rounds included, so agreeing the camera before modelling starts is what keeps the quote intact.

Decide the image before you ask for a presupuesto.

Render the drawing you already have, choose the option that works, then send that to a Madrid studio. The brief writes itself.
