Upload
01 · Export first
Save the final KeyShot render export as JPG, PNG, or WebP. Upload that raster file; Render a House does not open the upstream project, generation session, or scene.

Image enhancement · 2x or 4x
Export the finished KeyShot render, then enlarge it 2x or 4x in Render a House Enhancer. The workflow starts from a raster image and does not claim a native KeyShot integration.
JPG · PNG · WebP · up to 10 MB

Three-step handoff
Finish camera, materials, lighting, image style, sampling, and output in KeyShot. Export the still image before opening it in the Render a House Enhancer.
KeyShot documents still-image output settings for rendering a scene to a raster file through its own render workflow. Read the KeyShot manual.
01 · Export first
Save the final KeyShot render export as JPG, PNG, or WebP. Upload that raster file; Render a House does not open the upstream project, generation session, or scene.
02 · Choose 2x or 4x
Use 2x for a measured enlargement. Use 4x when the delivery canvas is much larger, then inspect the result at 100% before approving it.
03 · Review pixels
Compare the source and enhanced result. Check edges, text, repeated details, people, and reflections before downloading the output.
Presentation scale
A KeyShot still used for product-in-space or interior visualization may need a larger raster for detail crops, presentation spreads, signage, or pre-press.
KeyShot remains the scene and material authoring tool. Render a House provides a separate enlargement step for the finished image.

AI enlargement
Render a House Enhancer runs after the KeyShot workflow. It receives pixels, not prompts, layers, render elements, or project data.
The enhancer reconstructs and sharpens visual detail during enlargement rather than only duplicating the existing pixel grid. The new detail is an AI inference.
Preserve the approved studio lighting, materials, depth of field, composition, and color while improving edge and texture readability. Compare the result with the untouched source before it enters a delivery package.
Architectural edges, room surfaces, landscape, glazing, furniture, and materials are the details that matter most in this downstream workflow.
Delivery formats
Upscaling is useful when the design image is already approved but its current pixel dimensions do not suit the final placement.
Enlarge a selected concept for a review deck while keeping the approved camera and visual direction easy to compare.
Prepare a larger raster for a spread or leave-behind, then verify effective DPI and make a physical proof.
Improve the readability of an approved hero image across portal crops and large property-detail screens.
Give façade lines, landscape edges, and material transitions more room on a large presentation panel.
Create a larger master before producing portrait, square, and landscape crops for publication.
Hand a production partner more pixels while still checking color, bleed, viewing distance, and output sharpening.
Workflow boundary
Keep the boundary explicit: KeyShot creates or renders the source image, and Render a House enhances the exported raster. There is no claimed native KeyShot plugin or project-file integration.
The current Render a House product is a browser workflow, not a public vendor-specific upscaling API. For an automated generation pipeline, use the originating provider's documented developer interface where one exists.
Complete prompts, scene edits, camera decisions, materials, native rendering, and upstream export settings in the source product.
Use a JPG, PNG, or WebP boundary between products. This makes the handoff visible, testable, and independent of proprietary scene formats.
Open the real Enhancer, choose 2x or 4x, run it, compare the result, and download the approved output.
Where Render a House fits
The products solve different stages. Keep KeyShot for the source image and use Render a House when the approved export needs a separate 2x or 4x enlargement.
| KeyShot | Render a House | |
|---|---|---|
| Input | Scene, materials, camera, lighting, and host-project context | An exported JPG, PNG, or WebP image |
| Primary job | Compose and render the source scene | Enhance the finished raster at 2x or 4x |
| What remains editable | Scene geometry, materials, lights, and render settings | Pixel-level output only; no upstream scene or model controls |
| Best time to use it | Before the source image is approved | After approval, before presentation or print |
Render a House does not replace KeyShot. It provides a clear downstream step for a finished image that needs more pixels and a reviewable before-and-after result.
Review polished edges, fine labels, transparent materials, depth-of-field transitions, denoised regions, and small product details after enhancement.

Every guide below uses the same honest boundary: export an image from the named product, then use the image-upscaler preview or open the real Render a House Enhancer.

No. Render a House does not claim a native KeyShot plugin, project-file reader, or model-specific integration. The handoff is an exported raster image.
Start with 2x when you need a moderate enlargement or want to inspect a subtle enhancement. Use 4x when the delivery canvas is much larger, then review fine lines, repeated details, text, and people at 100% zoom.
No. An AI enhancer reconstructs plausible detail from pixels. It cannot recover scene geometry, material nodes, render elements, prompts, layers, or project data that are not present in the exported image.
The current Render a House image-upscaler workflow accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10 MB. Keep an untouched source copy so you can compare the enhanced output against the export.
You can prepare a larger raster for print, but pixel dimensions alone do not guarantee print quality. Check the final physical size, effective DPI, color workflow, sharpening, licensing, and a proof with your printer.

Export the source image, run a 2x or 4x enhancement, compare the result, and download only after the details hold up at full size.
