Which 3D rendering studios publish a street address in Lima?

Architectural rendering companies in Lima

Two, on the evidence of their own sites: Arquivirtual in San Isidro and Lúmica 3D in Barranco. They are not ranked. Both make property imagery and immersive media, but their published service mixes are different enough to make the brief matter. Last updated: September 16, 2026.

Why is the Lima list only two studios long?

Reading the search results

Because publishing Lima is not the same as publishing an address. Six credible local names stop at a city or district, and four results that surface around Lima rendering searches disclose offices somewhere else. Remote production can work perfectly well; it simply should not be presented as a verified Lima address.

The same rule is applied across every city page: a counted studio needs a street on a source it controls. Arquivirtual and Lúmica 3D pass that check. The other names remain useful leads, shown separately rather than silently discarded.

What should you check before hiring a Lima studio?

Choosing one

  • A street, not only Lima

A district or city is useful contact context, but it is not a verifiable office. If local presence matters, ask for the street before treating a result as local.

  • The deliverable around the image

A still, a web 360° tour, an interactive walkthrough, a property brand and a drone integration are different jobs. Write the final deliverable into the quote, not only “renders”.

  • Modelling and revisions in writing

Ask whether the quote assumes a clean model, how camera approval works and how many change rounds are included. Resolve the view before detailed production begins.

  • A portfolio that matches the brief

Property-sales imagery, interiors and immersive experiences overlap without being interchangeable. Check the work closest to the building and medium you are commissioning.

Render a House, alongside a Lima studio

A studio is the right answer for the image or experience that has to be exact — the sales hero, the published tour, the drone integration or the campaign around them. It is an expensive answer for options nobody has chosen between yet. Side by side:

What you get

  • 3D integration. Where your CAD software exports a mesh, upload it and set the camera in the browser, then render from that view.
  • Rendering. Photorealism in seconds rather than a queued calculation you leave running over lunch.
  • Video. A camera move across the same project, generated from a finished still. Nothing to animate.
  • Design. Try materials, light and surroundings until the version you want exists, without touching the source model.
  • Refinement. Fix one part of a render — a facade panel, a tree, a sky — without starting the image again.
  • Precision. Your geometry is respected: the walls, openings, heights and proportions you drew in your CAD software stay where you put them.
  • Collaborative. Share a link and take comments on the image itself, so feedback lands on the render rather than in an email thread.
  • Mobile and web. Runs in the browser, on the machine you have open, including a laptop that would struggle with a local render engine.
  • 4K. Delivery resolution, ready to print or put on a board without a separate upscaling step.

Render a House takes an export from the model you already have and returns a photorealistic image in seconds, in a browser, with no render engine and no graphics card. Use it to settle the direction, then commission the image that matters from a studio. What rendering services cost covers the wider market by deliverable.

What Render a House cannot replace

  • A buyer-facing virtual tour or augmented-reality experience. That is a delivered product with navigation, testing and publishing around the images.
  • A launch hero a buyer will compare with the completed departamento. Commission and art-direct that image.
  • A drone photomontage tied to a surveyed camera. Render a House directs by description; planning and sales evidence needs measured control.
  • A property brand, brochure or campaign. Lúmica 3D sells the system around the render; Render a House makes the concept image.
  • Any measured drawing. Render a House output is a concept image, never a plano.

Common questions about rendering studios in Lima

How much does a 3D render cost in Lima?

Neither of the two Lima studios with a verified street address publishes a price. Arquivirtual and Lúmica 3D both present services and contact details, then ask for a project enquiry. Send the same drawings, views, finish references and deadline to each so the quotes describe the same work.

Which Lima studio offers virtual tours and property marketing?

Both counted studios go beyond still images. Arquivirtual lists web and spherical 360° tours, interactive walkthroughs, video and aerial integration. Lúmica 3D lists 3D and 360° design, virtual and augmented reality, property branding, architectural photography and drone flights.

Why are only two Lima studios counted?

Because the count requires a street address on a source controlled by the studio. Six other Lima visualisation names publish only a city or district, while four prominent search results disclose a base in Ica, Santiago, Medellín and Virginia, or Chennai. Two is the number that passes the same first-party address check used on the other city pages.

What should I send a Lima rendering studio for a quote?

Send plans, sections and elevations, plus a SketchUp, Revit or other 3D export if one exists. Mark the camera views, finishes, time of day and deadline, and ask the quote to state modelling, revision and delivery assumptions. A quick Render a House pass can settle the views before the paid brief.

Looking for a rendering studio somewhere else?

Other cities

The same first-party address check, applied to other Spanish-speaking cities. Counted entries publish a street on their own site.

  • Bogotá

Four studios with a verified address, one with a rate card — and two more rate cards from studios that publish no street.

  • Santiago

Three studios in Las Condes, Providencia and Santiago Centro.

  • Mexico City

Three studios with a published colonia and street, and two more that publish a price but not an address.

  • Monterrey

Two studios with an address, and a San Pedro studio that publishes a US-dollar package price.

  • Madrid

Five studios with a verified address, and the one Spanish studio that publishes a per-image price.

  • Barcelona

Four studios with a Barcelona-province address and no public rate card.

  • Valencia

Three studios with a Valencia address verified first-party.
