3D rendering studios in Barcelona

Barcelona studios for promotorasverified.

Four studios with a Barcelona-province address published in their own aviso legal. None of the four publishes a price — one has a “View pricing” button that opens a quote form. That is the Barcelona market, and it is worth knowing before you write the brief.

Architectural rendering companies in Barcelona

Which 3D rendering studios are actually based in Barcelona?.

Four, on the evidence of their own avisos legales — three inside the city and one in Granollers. They are not ranked; they sell to different people, and the one you want depends on whether you are launching a promoción, feeding an estate agency, or shooting a catalogue. BergaGonzález

Nàpols 193, 08013 Barcelona · second office in Sevilla

Founded 2003 by two architects, Alberto Berga and Javier González, and registered as BergaGonzález S.L. at Nàpols 193 in the Eixample. States two offices, more than twenty creatives, over 2,000 projects in more than forty countries. Sells archviz as one line inside a wider offer — CG stills, film and 360° tours next to real-estate branding, naming and design consultancy — so a developer can get the launch imagery and the brand around it from one supplier. Site in Spanish and English. No published pricing.

Lobo Studio

Rambla de Catalunya 18, 08007 Barcelona · offices in Madrid and Málaga

The volume operation. Lobo Studio Virtual Reality S.L. is domiciled on Rambla de Catalunya, was founded in 2017 by Adrián Gómez, and states more than 55,000 images for over 3,700 clients — mostly estate agencies and developers selling off-plan. Also lists offices on Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid and Calle Larios in Málaga, and a 2025 European Property Awards “Best Architectural CGI Company in Spain” on its own site. Site in Spanish, English and French. No published pricing.

Verified on its aviso legal

Render BCN

Còrsega 466, 08025 Barcelona

A one-person archviz practice run by Pau Gonzàlez Cols from Còrsega 466 in Gràcia, and the only studio on this page whose aviso legal names a person rather than a company. Covers stills, 360° images, animation and virtual tours, and is unusual in listing gardening and landscape design as a sector alongside architecture and interiors. Site in Spanish and Catalan only. No published pricing.

Verified on its aviso legal

Roger Vila 3D Studio

Granollers, Barcelona province

The one outside the city limits — Granollers, half an hour up the AP-7 — and the one that splits its work between architecture and product. States over fourteen years and 3,000 projects delivered, with real-estate developments on one side and manufacturers’ catalogue and e-commerce renders on the other, plus AI-assisted video. The homepage carries a “View pricing” button; it leads to a contact form that promises a quote within 24 hours, not a rate card. Site in English, Spanish and Catalan.

Reading the search results

Why is the Barcelona list only four studios long?.

Because most of what ranks for “renders Barcelona” is not in Barcelona. Spanish sites must carry an aviso legal naming the company and its domicile, so the check is quick: of the studios found for this page, the ones behind six Barcelona landing pages were domiciled in Valencia, Pontevedra, Tarragona, Murcia, Alicante and A Coruña. One more was in Medellín. Two published no domicile at all.

Those studios are not the problem — remote archviz works, and Grup3D in Valencia is a real studio. Calling them a Barcelona list would be. Two genuine Barcelona names are also missing from the count, for a different reason: a stated city is not an address.

In Barcelona, but without a published street address

Play-Time

Barcelona — city only

The best-known Barcelona name internationally, founded 2010, with a portfolio credited to BIG, EMBT, Chris Precht, Tengbom and Diamond Schmitt. Its site publishes a Barcelona phone number and the word “Barcelona” — no street, no aviso legal. Almost certainly real; not counted, because the rule is an address.

Phrame Design

Sant Cugat del Vallès — postcode only

Phrame Design S.L. publishes “08172 Barcelona, Spain” on its contact page, which is the postcode for Sant Cugat del Vallès, and nothing more. A postcode is closer to an address than a city name, but it is not one.

Choosing one

What should you check before hiring a Barcelona studio?.

The aviso legal, not the phone prefix

A 93 number and a Barcelona landing page are not a Barcelona studio. Spanish sites are required to publish the company name and domicile; read it before you read the portfolio.

Who the portfolio is for

Lobo Studio’s clients are agencies and developers; BergaGonzález’s are developers and brands; Play-Time’s are architects. A studio that renders listings by the hundred is a different trade from one that makes competition images.

A price in writing before modelling

Nobody here publishes one, so get the quote, the number of revision rounds and the cost of a further round in the same email. Settle the camera on a free Render a House pass first and the second round may never be needed.

Language of delivery

Catalan-only and Spanish-only sites usually mean Catalan- and Spanish-speaking clients. If the brief is in English, start with the three that publish in it.

Render a House

Render a House, alongside a Barcelona studio.

A studio is the right answer for the image that has to be perfect — the launch hero, the competition board, the photomontage for the ajuntament. It is an expensive answer for the four options nobody has chosen between yet. Side by side:

What you get

3D integration

Where your CAD software exports a mesh, upload it and set the camera in the browser, then render from that view.

Rendering

Photorealism in seconds rather than a queued calculation you leave running over lunch.

Video

A camera move across the same project, generated from a finished still. Nothing to animate.

Design

Try materials, light and surroundings until the version you want exists, without touching the source model.

Refinement

Fix one part of a render — a facade panel, a tree, a sky — without starting the image again.

Precision

Your geometry is respected: the walls, openings, heights and proportions you drew in your CAD software stay where you put them.

Collaborative

Share a link and take comments on the image itself, so feedback lands on the render rather than in an email thread.

Mobile and web

Runs in the browser, on the machine you have open, including a laptop that would struggle with a local render engine.

4K

Delivery resolution, ready to print or put on a board without a separate upscaling step.

Render a House takes an export from the model you already have and returns a photorealistic image in seconds, in a browser, with no render engine and no graphics card. Use it to decide what the image should be, then commission the one that matters from one of the four studios above. What rendering services cost covers the wider market, and the Madrid list has the one Spanish studio that publishes a price.

What Render a House cannot replace.

  • A photomontage for a llicència d’obres or a planning submission. That needs a surveyed camera and a signature, and it is exactly what a Barcelona studio sells.
  • A competition board image with a specified camera and specified materials. Render a House directs by description; the board wants control.
  • A launch hero a buyer will hold against the finished flat. Buy that render.
  • A product catalogue shot. Render a House renders buildings and rooms, not a chair on white.
  • Any measured drawing. Render a House output is a concept image, never a plànol.

Common questions about rendering studios in Barcelona.

How much does a 3D render cost in Barcelona?

None of the four Barcelona studios with a verified address publishes a rate. Roger Vila 3D Studio has a “View pricing” button, but it opens a quote form with a 24-hour reply promise. The nearest published Spanish benchmark is in Madrid, where JVA Renders runs a calculator at 280–330 € per image excluding VAT; treat that as the order of magnitude, not a Barcelona price. Everyone here quotes after seeing the drawings.

Why do so many studios that rank for “renders Barcelona” turn out to be somewhere else?

Because a Barcelona landing page is cheap and a Barcelona office is not. Of the sites checked for this page, the studios behind Render Studio Barcelona, Vimap Studio, Global CGI, 360VR, Domingo Loro and Infografista3D are domiciled in Valencia, Pontevedra, Tarragona, Murcia, Alicante and A Coruña respectively, according to their own avisos legales. Every studio counted on this page publishes a Barcelona-province street address.

Do Barcelona rendering studios work in English?

Three of the four do. BergaGonzález, Lobo Studio and Roger Vila 3D Studio all run English versions of their sites and work with international clients; Render BCN publishes in Spanish and Catalan only. Play-Time, not counted here for lack of an address, is English-first and works almost entirely for foreign practices.

Which Barcelona studio should a small practice call first?

It depends on the job. For a developer launch with the brand around it, BergaGonzález sells the whole package. For fifty listing images a month, Lobo Studio is built for volume. For a single house, a garden or an interior, Render BCN is a one-person studio you talk to directly. For a product catalogue next to an architectural job, Roger Vila covers both. None of them is the right answer for the four options you have not chosen between yet — that is what a free render is for.

Other cities

Looking for a rendering studio somewhere else?.

The same address check, applied to other Spanish-speaking cities. Every entry on each page publishes a street address on its own site.

Madrid

Five studios with a verified address, and the one Spanish studio that publishes a per-image price.

Valencia

Three studios, including the one Spanish name that works for Nieto Sobejano and Fran Silvestre.

Mexico City

Three studios with a published colonia and street, and two more that publish a price but not an address.

Bogotá

Four studios with a verified address, one with a rate card — and two more rate cards from studios that publish no street.

Santiago

Three studios in Las Condes, Providencia and Santiago Centro.

Monterrey

Two studios with an address, and a San Pedro studio that publishes a US-dollar package price.
