Architectural rendering companies in Bogotá

Which 3D rendering studios publish an address in Bogotá?.

Four, on the evidence of their own sites. Only one of them is a pure image studio; the other three are an architecture practice, a licensing-and-engineering firm and a production company that each sell rendering as a service. That mix is Bogotá, and it changes which one you call. Last updated: September 11, 2026.

Render Bogotá

Calle 153 #97B-63, Bogotá

The one counted studio that publishes a price list, from Calle 153 in the north-west of the city. States more than sixteen years in 3D design and visualisation, builds its own 3D models and materials — and sells more than 300 of them on CGTrader — and is unusual in naming road and infrastructure renders as a specialism next to buildings. Clients on its own site include Casio Colombia, Insigma and the Alcaldía de Bogotá. Prices start at $225,000 COP for a product or small kitchen, $275,000 for a façade, $325,000 for an interior and $525,000 for a 360° panorama; corrections at preview size are unlimited, payment is 50% up front, IVA is extra in Colombia.

Hako Arquitectos

Calle 167D #8-58, Bogotá

An architecture studio in the north of the city — Calle 167D — that sells rendering and BIM as services in their own right rather than only as part of a design commission. Design, interiors, civil works and Revit-based BIM sit alongside photorealistic renders and virtual walkthroughs, and the render page is written for developers, agencies and constructoras who bring their own project. Spanish-language site. No published pricing.

Arqydiseño

Carrera 13 #96-67, Edificio Akori, Bogotá

A design-and-engineering firm in Edificio Akori on Carrera 13, in Chicó, whose core business is getting building licences approved — it states a 99% approval rate — and which sells 2D, 3D and 360° renders and architectural animation as a separate service. The right call when the render is going into a curaduría file rather than a brochure. States a reply within two hours. Spanish-language site. No published pricing.

Verified on its renders page

Crisalida Studios

Carrera 11 #79-66, Bogotá

A production studio on Carrera 11 with more than fifteen years of brand experiences, digital scenography and video mapping, where architectural rendering and animation are one service line — Crisalida Lab — rather than the whole business. Its render page names Centro Comercial Andino among the clients it has produced for. Worth knowing about when the image is going to be projected on a building rather than printed. No published pricing.

Reading the search results

Why is the Bogotá list only four studios long?.

Because two of the most useful Bogotá sites publish a price and not a street, and because a share of what ranks for “renders Bogotá” is in Medellín, in Spain, or nowhere in particular. Colombia has no aviso legal rule, so the check is the footer and the contact page. The four counted studios publish a calle or carrera; the two below publish a price list; the four after that rank for the city from somewhere else.

Bogotá rate cards without a published street address

RAD Art

“Oficina virtual, Bogotá” · prices in USD

Publishes the most detailed price guide in the city, in US dollars: small exteriors $150–$350 in two to four days, medium $350–$750 in four to six, large $350–$1,250 in seven to ten, massive $1,250–$4,000 in ten to fourteen; interiors from $100–$250 for a small space up to $900–$1,500 for a massive one; trade-show stands from $15 per square metre. Up to twenty images per project. States a virtual office and no street, so it is not counted.

Arquimendez

Bogotá — city only · prices in COP

Architect Ricardo Méndez’s studio, with a COP rate card: $350,000 for a top-down 2D plan and $450,000 for an isometric one, $380,000 for a 4K interior, $500,000 for a façade, $1,150,000 for an 8K exterior of a building or complex, $385,000–$600,000 for 360° views, and one-minute walkthroughs at $3,800,000–$3,900,000 delivered in two days, plus package deals from $3,000,000 to $5,200,000. Publishes no street, so it is not counted.

Choosing one

What should you check before hiring a Bogotá studio?.

Whether the price is per image or per project

Render Bogotá and Arquimendez price per image; RAD Art prices a project of up to twenty images by size. The same brief can land in either model at very different totals.

What size the corrections happen at

Render Bogotá corrects unlimited times at 1280×720 and delivers at 1920×1080. If you need 4K or 8K — Arquimendez sells both — say so before the quote, not after.

Whether an architect signs

If the render is going into a licence file, Arqydiseño and Hako are practices with architects who can. A production studio is not.

IVA and the deposit

Render Bogotá states IVA on top for Colombian invoices and 50% up front. Ask everyone else the same two questions.

Render a House

Render a House, alongside a Bogotá studio.

A studio is the right answer for the image that has to be perfect — the sales-room hero, the licence-file view, the road scheme over a survey. It is an expensive answer for the four options nobody has chosen between yet. Side by side:

What you get

3D integration

Where your CAD software exports a mesh, upload it and set the camera in the browser, then render from that view.

Rendering

Photorealism in seconds rather than a queued calculation you leave running over lunch.

Video

A camera move across the same project, generated from a finished still. Nothing to animate.

Design

Try materials, light and surroundings until the version you want exists, without touching the source model.

Refinement

Fix one part of a render — a facade panel, a tree, a sky — without starting the image again.

Precision

Your geometry is respected: the walls, openings, heights and proportions you drew in your CAD software stay where you put them.

Collaborative

Share a link and take comments on the image itself, so feedback lands on the render rather than in an email thread.

Mobile and web

Runs in the browser, on the machine you have open, including a laptop that would struggle with a local render engine.

4K

Delivery resolution, ready to print or put on a board without a separate upscaling step.

Render a House takes an export from the model you already have and returns a photorealistic image in seconds, in a browser, with no render engine and no graphics card. Use it to decide what the image should be, then commission the one that matters from one of the studios above. What rendering services cost covers the wider market.

What Render a House cannot replace.

  • A render bound into a licence application at the curaduría. That needs a surveyed camera and an architect’s signature, and it is what Arqydiseño sells.
  • A road or infrastructure visualisation over a survey. Render a House renders buildings and rooms from a drawing; it does not model a highway.
  • A launch hero a buyer will hold against the finished apartamento. Buy that render.
  • Any measured drawing. Render a House output is a concept image, never a plano.

Common questions about rendering studios in Bogotá.

How much does a 3D render cost in Bogotá?

Bogotá publishes more prices than any other city on these pages. Render Bogotá, the one counted studio with a rate card, starts at $225,000 COP for a product or small kitchen, $275,000 for a façade, $325,000 for an interior and $525,000 for a 360° panorama — roughly US$60 to US$140 at its own conversion. RAD Art, which lists only a virtual office, publishes US-dollar bands from $100 for a small interior to $4,000 for a massive exterior. Arquimendez publishes COP figures from $380,000 for a 4K interior to $1,150,000 for an 8K building exterior.

How long does a render take in Bogotá?

RAD Art is the only Bogotá studio that publishes turnaround by size: two to four days for a small exterior, four to six for a medium one, seven to ten for a large one and ten to fourteen for a massive project; interiors run two to twelve days on the same scale. Arquimendez quotes two days for a one-minute animation. Render Bogotá sends previews at 1280×720 for unlimited corrections before the final 1920×1080 delivery, so the schedule depends on how fast you approve.

Why are two of the studios with price lists not counted?

Because they publish a price but not a street. RAD Art states a virtual office in Bogotá and Arquimendez states the city and nothing more. Both are real, both are useful, and both are on this page — below the count, not in it. The four counted studios each publish a calle or carrera on their own site.

Which Bogotá studio should a constructora call for a sala de ventas?

For volume and a known price, Render Bogotá. For a render that has to go into the curaduría file with the licence, Arqydiseño does both. For a full BIM model and the imagery from it, Hako Arquitectos. For something projected onto the building at the launch event, Crisalida Studios. Settle the views on a free Render a House pass before you brief any of them.

Other cities

Looking for a rendering studio somewhere else?.

The same address check, applied to other Spanish-speaking cities. Every entry on each page publishes a street address on its own site.

Santiago

Three studios in Las Condes, Providencia and Santiago Centro.

Mexico City

Three studios with a published colonia and street, and two more that publish a price but not an address.

Monterrey

Two studios with an address, and a San Pedro studio that publishes a US-dollar package price.

Madrid

Five studios with a verified address, and the one Spanish studio that publishes a per-image price.

Barcelona

Four studios, from a one-person practice in Gràcia to a 55,000-image volume operation.

Valencia

Three studios, including the one Spanish name that works for Nieto Sobejano and Fran Silvestre.

Decide the image before you ask for a cotización.

Render the drawing you already have, choose the option that works, then send that to a Bogotá studio. The brief writes itself.
