3D rendering studios in Santiago de Chile

Santiago studios for inmobiliariasverified.

Three studios with a street address published on their own site, one each in Las Condes, Providencia and Santiago Centro. None of the three publishes a price; the one Santiago studio that does — from 95,000 CLP — publishes no street, so it is listed but not counted.

3 renders a day. No brief, no cotización.

Architectural rendering companies in Santiago

Which 3D rendering studios publish an address in Santiago de Chile?.

Three, on the evidence of their own sites, in three comunas. They are not ranked; they sell to different people — a developer selling en blanco, an architect entering a competition, an engineer with a plant to explain — and the one you want depends on which you are. Radical 3D

Apoquindo 5950, Las Condes · second office in Viña del Mar

The sales specialist. A spin-off of Agencia Radical, a real-estate marketing agency, born in Viña del Mar eighteen years ago and now on the 22nd floor of Apoquindo 5950 in Las Condes, with the Viña office kept. Everything on the site is framed around selling en blanco y en verde — Chile’s off-plan stages — for inmobiliarias and architecture offices: stills, interactive 360° tours a buyer can walk on a phone, and video. Covers housing, offices, industrial and mixed use. No published pricing.

Luft Render

Santa Beatriz 111, Providencia

An architect-led studio in Providencia — commercial director Rodrigo Méndez is an architect, and the site states more than ten years in architecture and real-estate projects. Sells three things it names separately: renders inmobiliarios for developers, renders for architecture practices, and an “Architecture and Competitions” line. Its client page states work for Armas since 2018 across Santiago Centro, Providencia and Las Condes, and visual-impact studies for civil works since 2014; the portfolio includes Max Núñez Arquitectos and clients in Peru, Mexico and Spain. No published pricing.

Crossmind

Huérfanos 679, Santiago Centro

Established 2012 and based on Huérfanos in the centre. The one Santiago studio that lists mining and engineering next to architecture and real estate — its featured work includes an automated photovoltaic plant, an industrial warehouse in Maipú and lot subdivisions in Frutillar and the Araucanía, alongside townhouses in Providencia and offices in Vitacura. Stills, 3D animation and maquetas virtuales. Also runs landing pages for Valparaíso, Concepción, La Serena and Antofagasta from its Santiago office. No published pricing.

Reading the search results

Why is the Santiago list only three studios long?.

Because Chile has no aviso legal rule and most Santiago studios publish a phone number, a comuna at best, and a form. Three publish a street. The most useful price in the city belongs to a studio that publishes none, and one site that ranks for the query did not resolve at all on the day it was checked. A Spanish landing-page network rounds out the results with a “Renders Chile” page and no Chilean address.

In Santiago, but without a published street address

Widu

“Oficina: Santiago, Chile” · from 95,000 CLP

The one Santiago price on the open web: “Precios desde 95,000 CLP”, a quote within an hour, and a claimed hundred-plus client companies. Its founder taught advanced 3ds Max and V-Ray rendering at Universidad Mayor for more than five years and states fifteen years of visual services. Publishes “Santiago, Chile” as its office and no street, so it is not counted.

MKD Arquitectura

Santiago — site unreachable when checked

Ranks for Santiago rendering queries with a Santiago-framed site, but did not resolve on the day this page was checked, so nothing on it could be verified.

Choosing one

What should you check before hiring a Santiago studio?.

A comuna and a street, not a form

Apoquindo, Santa Beatriz and Huérfanos are addresses. “Oficina: Santiago” is not. Ask; a real studio answers in a minute.

Whether the tour is the product

If you are selling en blanco, the 360° tour a buyer can walk on a phone matters more than the hero still. Radical 3D leads with it; ask the others whether they build one or embed a panorama.

A price and a revision count in the cotización

Nobody counted here publishes either. Widu quotes within the hour; hold everyone to the same clarity, and settle the camera on a free Render a House pass so the first round is the last.

Whether they have drawn your building type

A studio that renders townhouses beautifully may never have drawn a plant. Crossmind has; check the portfolio for your typology, not the prettiest image.

Render a House

Render a House, alongside a Santiago studio.

A studio is the right answer for the image that has to be perfect — the sales tour, the competition board, the visual-impact study. It is an expensive answer for the four options nobody has chosen between yet. Side by side:

What you get

3D integration

Where your CAD software exports a mesh, upload it and set the camera in the browser, then render from that view.

Rendering

Photorealism in seconds rather than a queued calculation you leave running over lunch.

Video

A camera move across the same project, generated from a finished still. Nothing to animate.

Design

Try materials, light and surroundings until the version you want exists, without touching the source model.

Refinement

Fix one part of a render — a facade panel, a tree, a sky — without starting the image again.

Precision

Your geometry is respected: the walls, openings, heights and proportions you drew in your CAD software stay where you put them.

Collaborative

Share a link and take comments on the image itself, so feedback lands on the render rather than in an email thread.

Mobile and web

Runs in the browser, on the machine you have open, including a laptop that would struggle with a local render engine.

4K

Delivery resolution, ready to print or put on a board without a separate upscaling step.

Render a House takes an export from the model you already have and returns a photorealistic image in seconds, in a browser, with no render engine and no graphics card. Use it to decide what the image should be, then commission the one that matters from one of the three studios above. What rendering services cost covers the wider market.

What Render a House cannot replace.

  • An interactive 360° tour a buyer walks through on a phone. That is Radical 3D’s product; Render a House makes stills and short camera moves.
  • A visual-impact study for a civil works permit. That needs a surveyed camera and a signed method.
  • A photovoltaic plant or a mine over a survey. Render a House renders buildings and rooms from a drawing.
  • A launch hero a buyer will hold against the finished departamento. Buy that render.
  • Any measured drawing. Render a House output is a concept image, never a plano.

Common questions about rendering studios in Santiago.

How much does a 3D render cost in Santiago de Chile?

None of the three Santiago studios with a published address prints a price. Widu, which lists only “Santiago, Chile” as its office, advertises renders from 95,000 CLP and a quote within an hour. Radical 3D, Luft Render and Crossmind all quote per project after seeing the drawings. For an order of magnitude from the region, Bogotá studios publish per-image prices of roughly US$60–$140.

Which Santiago studio does off-plan sales imagery?

Radical 3D is built for it — it is a spin-off of a real-estate marketing agency and its whole site is written around ventas en blanco y en verde, with interactive 360° tours for buyers. Luft Render also sells renders inmobiliarios and states work for Armas since 2018 across Santiago Centro, Providencia and Las Condes.

Is there a Santiago studio for mining or infrastructure visualisation?

Crossmind. Its featured projects include an automated photovoltaic plant, an industrial warehouse in Maipú and lot subdivisions in the south, and it names mining and engineering as sectors alongside architecture. Luft Render states visual-impact studies for civil works since 2014.

Why is the Santiago list only three studios long?

Chile has no aviso legal rule, so the check is the footer and the contact page. Three Santiago studios publish a street; Widu publishes a price and a city; MKD Arquitectura’s site did not resolve when checked; and at least one Spanish landing-page network ranks for “renders Chile” without any Chilean address. Three verified is what Santiago supports today, so three is what this page has.

Other cities

Looking for a rendering studio somewhere else?.

The same address check, applied to other Spanish-speaking cities. Every entry on each page publishes a street address on its own site.

Bogotá

Four studios with a verified address, one with a rate card — and two more rate cards from studios that publish no street.

Mexico City

Three studios with a published colonia and street, and two more that publish a price but not an address.

Monterrey

Two studios with an address, and a San Pedro studio that publishes a US-dollar package price.

Madrid

Five studios with a verified address, and the one Spanish studio that publishes a per-image price.

Barcelona

Four studios, from a one-person practice in Gràcia to a 55,000-image volume operation.

Valencia

Three studios, including the one Spanish name that works for Nieto Sobejano and Fran Silvestre.
