3D rendering studios in Mexico City
Three studios with a street, colonia and alcaldía published on their own site. Prices are more public here than in Spain: one counted studio starts at $999 MXN for a schematic render, and a fourth — address unpublished — starts a residential render at $2,800 MXN, about US$160.
3 renders a day. No brief, no cotización.
Architectural rendering companies in Mexico City
Three, on the evidence of their own sites — a street, a colonia and an alcaldía, not a WhatsApp number and the word CDMX. They are not ranked. Two more studios that are almost certainly in the city, one of which publishes the most useful price on this page, are listed below the count rather than in it. Last updated: September 11, 2026.

What is published
Three CDMX studios publish a figure, which is three more than Barcelona. One of them is counted above; the other two publish a price but not a street. Figures in Mexican pesos, as stated on each site.
| Studio | Where | Published price | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|---|
| Legacy State | Jardines del Pedregal, CDMX | From $999 MXN per render (schematic detail) | 3–5 business days minimum |
| Studio ATF | CDMX, no street published | From $2,800 MXN (≈ US$160) per residential render | 3–10 business days |
| Grupo Qvick | No address published | $1,800 MXN exterior · $1,600 interior · $600 conceptual · $3,000 360° view · $6,000 per 20-second walkthrough | Not published · 2 corrections per image |
| Render a House | Browser, from anywhere | Free, 3 renders a day · Pro $39/mo for 240 credits | Seconds |
Studio ATF’s US-dollar equivalent is its own conversion. Grupo Qvick is an architecture and engineering firm whose blog carries the rate card; it publishes phone numbers with Mexico City and Oaxaca prefixes and no address.
Reading the search results
Two reasons. First, Mexico has no aviso legal rule, so many genuine CDMX studios publish a mobile number and a city and nothing else — the two below are real, and one of them has the clearest price in the city, but a stated city is not an address. Second, a good share of what ranks for “renders CDMX” is not in Mexico at all: a Medellín studio, a Spanish landing-page network, a Riviera Maya plan shop and a Mérida practice all run CDMX pages.

Ranking for CDMX, based elsewhere
| Site | Actually in | What its own site says |
|---|---|---|
| Surrealismo | Medellín, Colombia · Virginia, USA | Runs “Renders CDMX” and “Renders México” pages; its contact page lists offices in Medellín and Manassas Park. |
| Render CDMX | Quintana Roo, by phone prefix | A 984 WhatsApp number — the Riviera Maya — and a shop selling plan packages, not a CDMX studio. |
| DeArquitectura | Cáceres, Spain | A Spanish network running “Renders CDMX”, “Renders Monterrey” and “Renders Guadalajara” pages from Extremadura. |
| Stillframe Render | Mérida, Yucatán | Ranks for CDMX render pricing; its contact page is in Ampliación Dzodzil Norte, Mérida. |
Choosing one

Render a House
A studio is the right answer for the image that has to be perfect — the preventa hero, the sales-room walkthrough, the photomontage for the alcaldía. It is an expensive answer for the four options nobody has chosen between yet. Side by side:
| a CDMX studio | Render a House | |
|---|---|---|
| Price per image | From $999 MXN schematic or $2,800 MXN residential where published; otherwise per project. | Free at 3 renders a day; Pro is $39/mo for 240 credits. |
| Time to an image | 3–5 business days at the fastest published; 3–10 typical. | Seconds, from an exported view and a written description. |
| Revisions | Two corrections per image at the one rate card that says. | One credit per attempt; refine one region without redoing the image. |
| Language | Spanish; one of three has an English site. | English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, in the same account. |
| What it is for | Preventa imagery, sales-room walkthroughs, hotel and retail launches. | The options before those — massing, materials, time of day — without a brief. |
What you get
3D integration
Where your CAD software exports a mesh, upload it and set the camera in the browser, then render from that view.
Rendering
Photorealism in seconds rather than a queued calculation you leave running over lunch.
Video
A camera move across the same project, generated from a finished still. Nothing to animate.
Design
Try materials, light and surroundings until the version you want exists, without touching the source model.
Refinement
Fix one part of a render — a facade panel, a tree, a sky — without starting the image again.
Precision
Your geometry is respected: the walls, openings, heights and proportions you drew in your CAD software stay where you put them.
Collaborative
Share a link and take comments on the image itself, so feedback lands on the render rather than in an email thread.
Mobile and web
Runs in the browser, on the machine you have open, including a laptop that would struggle with a local render engine.
4K
Delivery resolution, ready to print or put on a board without a separate upscaling step.
Render a House takes an export from the model you already have and returns a photorealistic image in seconds, in a browser, with no render engine and no graphics card. Use it to decide what the image should be, then commission the one that matters from one of the studios above. What rendering services cost covers the wider market, and the Monterrey list applies the same check to the north.

More is published here than in most cities. Legacy State starts at $999 MXN for a schematic-level render and Studio ATF at $2,800 MXN — about US$160 — for a residential one, both rising with size and realism. Grupo Qvick, which publishes no address, lists $1,800 MXN for an exterior, $1,600 for an interior and $600 for a conceptual view. Render México and Digitarq quote per project.
Legacy State quotes three to five business days as a minimum and Studio ATF three to ten depending on complexity. Carnet 3D, a retail-focused studio that publishes no address, states a five-day standard from receipt of plans. Everyone asks for architectural plans first; a model shortens the schedule.
Mexico has no equivalent of Spain’s aviso legal rule. The aviso de privacidad required under the LFPDPPP usually names the responsible party and a domicile — Digitarq’s does — but many studios publish only a WhatsApp number and “CDMX”. Studio ATF and DS 3DStudio are both real and both in the city; they are listed separately because this page counts addresses, not claims.
Studio ATF is built for it — its whole site is framed around preventa and sales-stage imagery, and it names developers and investment firms as clients — but it publishes no address. Among the counted three, Render México has the longest track record and the broadest deliverable list, and Legacy State the clearest price. Use a free Render a House pass to settle the views before you brief any of them.
Other cities
The same address check, applied to other Spanish-speaking cities. Every entry on each page publishes a street address on its own site.

Render the drawing you already have, choose the option that works, then send that to a CDMX studio. The brief writes itself.
