A renderer that comes with the licence

Twinmotion for Revit is included with the subscription and syncs design data straight from the model. SketchUp only bundles a photoreal renderer — V-Ray — on Studio, which is Windows only.

What Render a House cannot do.

Give you a live viewport. You get stills and short videos, not a model you can orbit.
Produce BIM or measured drawings. No schedules, sheets or IFC — that stays in Revit and LayOut.
Run as a plugin inside SketchUp or Revit. A .skp file is not accepted directly; export a GLB.
Replace a final production render. It is a concept image; geometry is generally preserved but can shift.

SketchUp is the faster, cheaper, Mac-friendly way to get a design into 3D; Revit is the Windows-only way to turn it into coordinated documents. If nobody is asking you for BIM, SketchUp Pro is the sensible default. If someone is, Revit is the answer.

Yes. Autodesk lists SKP among the formats Revit imports and links, with IFC, OBJ, 3DM and STEP. The reverse is a SketchUp Studio feature, the Revit importer, which is Windows only.
