Figures per coohom.com/pricing. The yearly toggle is labelled “Save 17%” and the page runs a “Limited offer” countdown. Coohom’s promotional discounts terms say discounts are assigned per account and can vary by plan, region and purchase history, so the price at checkout can be lower than the list price above. The EUR toggle shows the same numbers in euros for Pro (€29 a month, €300 a year).

What each Coohom plan includes

Basic — free

Free, with 3 design projects per account, the 1M+ branded model library, and 1K image renders with a watermark at standard speed. The plan comparison table on the same page lists the Basic render allowance differently, as 25 renders at 2K and 3 at 4K every six months, plus one 480p and one 720p video export (one-time only). Both are on Coohom’s page; we report them as published.

Pro — $29/mo

$29/mo billed monthly or $300/yr billed yearly. Unlimited projects, bill-of-materials export, view-only project sharing, unlimited 4K image renders, unlimited 8K 360° walkthroughs, four 1080p videos a month, 2x faster rendering and no watermark. The 8K still allowance depends on billing: the yearly plan includes 10 8K images a month, while the monthly plan lists none. Pro has no team features.

Elite — $69/seat/mo

$69/seat/mo billed monthly or $699/yr billed yearly. Everything in Pro plus team-internal project editing, a shared team asset library, the fastest render speed and downloadable floor plan and construction drawings. Monthly billing lists 30 8K images and 8 1080p videos a month; yearly billing lists 400 8K images and 100 1080p videos a year. Inviting more members is listed as an add-on, and that add-on price is Not published (checked October 2026). Coohom’s Elite team overview explains the team space, member invites and shared library.

Enterprise — quote only

“Contact us for exclusive pricing.” Enterprise adds unlimited seats, cross-company project sharing, system integration for design-to-manufacturing and custom quotation creation. A list price is Not published (checked October 2026).

Monthly vs annual: the math

Coohom monthly vs yearly billing, per seat
Plan12 months billed monthlyBilled yearlyYou save
Pro$348$300$48 (13.8%)
Elite$828$699$129 (15.6%)

Our arithmetic on the list prices: twelve months of Pro billed monthly is $348, against $300 billed yearly. Elite is $828 against $699 per seat. Both savings are below the 17% on the toggle. Yearly also buys more: Pro yearly adds 10 8K images a month that Pro monthly does not list. The trade-off is commitment, because Coohom does not refund unused time (see below).

Is there a free plan or trial?

Yes. Basic is free with no time limit, and the FAQ on Coohom’s pricing page presents it as the way to try the product before upgrading. With monthly billing selected, Pro and Elite show a “Start 7-Day Free Trial” button. Whether the trial needs a card is Not published (checked October 2026).

Is there student pricing?

Coohom’s pricing page shows no student or teacher price. The education link in its menu goes to a Taiwan education page run with its authorised reseller iQrator, which invites students and schools to contact iQrator for an education package. Student or education pricing outside that program: Not published (checked October 2026).

What costs extra?

  • More team members on Elite. Extra seats are listed as an add-on with no published price.
  • Extra video exports. Per Coohom’s video coupon notice, separate video coupons stopped being sold on 10 June 2025, so more videos means a higher plan.
  • No refunds. Coohom’s no-refund policy says paid plans are not refunded or prorated after they start; you keep access until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Referral credit. The referral program can earn free days, rendering coupons or gift cards, with up to 5 invitations a month.
  • Commercial use. The pricing page does not state commercial-use terms per plan: Not published (checked October 2026).

When Coohom makes sense

Coohom is a design workspace first: you draw or upload a floor plan, furnish it from a branded model library and render it in the same tool. The FAQ on its pricing page says you can import SketchUp .skp models as assets, but projects cannot be exported back to SketchUp. Pro makes sense for an interior designer who builds rooms in Coohom and renders often, because 4K renders are unlimited. Elite makes sense for a small studio that needs shared projects and construction drawings. For exteriors, the same FAQ only promises uncomplicated exterior rendering.

When to consider an alternative

Consider an alternative when the design already exists in another tool. Rebuilding a SketchUp, Revit or Rhino model in Coohom to get a render is extra work, and Coohom cannot send the project back.

Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG. Large images are downscaled automatically, and a render takes about 30–60 seconds.

Render a House plans for comparison
PlanPriceWhat you get
Free$0, no card3 credits a day at 1K, with a watermark
Pro$39 / mo billed monthly, or $312 / yr ($26 / mo billed annually)240 credits a month, 4K renders and video

A 1K render costs 1 credit and a 4K render 2 credits; video is on paid plans only and 4K is Pro only. Each render gets up to 2 free retries if the result is wrong. There are no team seats or roles, but you can share a project by email with edit access. Support is by Intercom chat in the app and on the support page. Estimate a project with the render cost calculator, or see pricing.

Honest limit: Render a House does not draw floor plans, furnish rooms from a product catalog or produce construction drawings. If that is the job, Coohom, or a planner such as RoomSketcher or Homestyler, is the better fit.
