Interior AI Pricing 2026: Pro ($49/mo), Premium ($99/mo) & Ultra ($199/mo)

Interior AI (interiorai.com) costs $49, $99 or $199 per month billed monthly for its Pro, Premium and Ultra plans, or $349, $599 or $1,199 per year billed yearly, which works out to $29, $49 and $99 a month. There is no free plan on its pricing section, every plan includes a commercial use license, and purchases are not refundable. For architecture, Render a House is the more efficient alternative: it renders from your own design in the browser with no GPU; failed renders don't use credits, and each render includes up to 2 free retries if the result isn't right.

Interior AI Pricing 2026: Pro ($49/mo), Premium ($99/mo) & Ultra ($199/mo)

Quick answer

Quick answer: Pro is $49/mo billed monthly or $349/yr ($29/mo) billed yearly, with 1,000 interior designs and low quality renders on the Flux™ model. Premium is $99/mo or $599/yr ($49/mo) with 5,000 designs, Hyper Realism™, virtual staging, upscaling and walkthrough videos. Each card on the pricing section says “Create 1,000 interior designs” (5,000 on Premium, 25,000 on Ultra), on the monthly and the yearly cards alike. Interior AI does not say whether that allowance resets every month or covers the whole billing period, or what happens when you use it up: Not published (checked October 2026). Output size is described as low, medium or ultra quality rather than in pixels, so the resolution per plan is also Not published (checked October 2026).

What each Interior AI plan includes

Pro — $49/mo

Pro is $49 per month billed monthly, or $349 per year billed yearly ($29 a month). Per the pricing section it includes 1,000 interior designs on the Flux™ model, low quality renders, realistic interiors, up to 4 rooms generated in parallel, uploading your own room interior, writing your own design prompts, remixing any interior style and a commercial use license. Pro does not list virtual staging, editing or upscaling.

Premium — $99/mo

Premium, marked “Most popular”, is $99 per month billed monthly, or $599 per year billed yearly ($49 a month). It adds to everything in Pro: 5,000 interior designs, Hyper Realism™, medium quality renders with high realism and lighting, up to 8 rooms in parallel, editing designs, virtual staging, upscaling, painting walls, changing lighting, adding people and furniture, Google Lens, walkthrough videos and walking through in VR. For real estate staging, this is the entry plan.

Ultra — $199/mo

Ultra is $199 per month billed monthly, or $1,199 per year billed yearly ($99 a month). On top of all Premium features it lists 25,000 interior designs, ultra quality photorealistic renders, up to 16 rooms in parallel, unlimited render storage, priority rendering speed and a dedicated rendering server. Unlimited storage appears only on Ultra; the storage limit on Pro and Premium is Not published (checked October 2026).

Speed is the same story on every plan in the FAQ: about 25 seconds to design one interior, with up to 16 designs at once on the top plan. Interior AI accepts JPG, PNG, WebP and AVIF photos; HEIC has to be converted first.

Monthly vs yearly billing: the math

Interior AI’s FAQ says the yearly plan is “over 50% cheaper”, which it calls “6+ months free”. Here is the arithmetic on its own published prices:

Interior AI monthly versus yearly billing over 12 months
Plan12 months billed monthlyBilled yearlyYou saveSavingEquivalent free months
Pro$588$349$23940.6%4.9
Premium$1,188$599$58949.6%5.9
Ultra$2,388$1,199$1,18949.8%6.0

Premium and Ultra save just under 50%, about six months free. Pro saves about 41%, closer to five months, so the “6+ months” line fits the two upper plans better than the entry one. Yearly is paid upfront and renews automatically, and since there are no refunds, monthly billing is the safer way to test whether Interior AI suits your work before committing.

Free plan, trial and student pricing

  • Free plan: none listed. The pricing section shows only Pro, Premium and Ultra, and the FAQ says access starts immediately after payment.
  • Free trial: Not published (checked October 2026).
  • Student or education pricing: Not published (checked October 2026).
  • Team or multi-seat plans: Not published (checked October 2026). Each plan is a single subscription.

By comparison, Render a House has a free plan with 3 credits a day at 1K resolution with a watermark and no card required, and a free Student plan unlocked by referring 3 classmates (80 credits a month). See the AI rendering for architecture students guide.

What costs extra and the fine print

  • No refunds. The FAQ says Interior AI cannot offer refunds because GPU costs are high, and the Terms of Service say you waive the 14-day withdrawal period because service starts immediately.
  • Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time under Billing, but per the Terms cancelling does not refund or credit amounts already billed.
  • Taxes. The Terms say subscription fees do not include taxes, which you pay on top.
  • Payment methods. Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and local methods such as iDEAL, SOFORT and Bancontact through Stripe, per the FAQ. PayPal and crypto are not accepted, and the FAQ asks you to turn off any VPN if a payment is declined.
  • Extra designs or top-ups: Not published (checked October 2026). Moving up a plan is the only published way to get a larger allowance; the FAQ says you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
  • Ownership. The Terms say you own the images you create, and also grant Interior AI a licence to the prompts and images you upload.

When Interior AI makes sense, and when to look elsewhere

Interior AI makes sense when the starting point is a photo of a room that already exists. Homeowners, real estate agents and interior designers who want many style variations of one room fast get a lot of output for the money: Pro billed yearly is $29 a month for 1,000 designs, and Premium adds the virtual staging that listing photos need. Its homepage FAQ also lists a Sketch2Image mode and a SketchUp mode that takes a screenshot of your SketchUp design.

Consider an alternative when you need to test before paying, when you want a monthly price under $49, or when the image has to show a design that does not exist yet. Interior AI’s FAQ says how closely a result matches your room depends on the photo and the mode, and that some renders will have artefacts.

Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG. A render takes about 30–60 seconds, and a bad render gets up to 2 free retries.

Common questions about Interior AI pricing

How much does Interior AI cost per month?

Interior AI’s pricing section lists Pro at $49, Premium at $99 and Ultra at $199 per month billed monthly. Billed yearly they cost $349, $599 and $1,199 a year, shown as $29, $49 and $99 per month.

No free plan is listed on interiorai.com’s pricing section, and its FAQ says you get access immediately after payment. A free trial is not published (checked October 2026).

Is the Interior AI yearly plan worth it?

If you will use it for most of a year, yes. By our arithmetic on Interior AI’s own prices, yearly billing saves $239 on Pro (about 41%), $589 on Premium and $1,189 on Ultra (just under 50% each). It is paid upfront and Interior AI does not offer refunds, so it is a 12-month commitment.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Interior AI for architects?

For rendering your own design, Render a House starts free with 3 credits a day at 1K with a watermark and no card. Pro is $39/mo billed monthly or $312/yr ($26/mo billed annually), and it renders from a SketchUp .skp, GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo or a plan image instead of a room photo alone.

To estimate what a project would cost, use the render cost calculator, or compare plans on the pricing page.
