ReimagineHome Pricing 2026: Essential ($19), Pro ($36), Advanced ($59) & Agency ($119)

Quick answer

Quick answer: per ReimagineHome’s pricing page, Essential is $19/month for 30 credits, Pro is $36/month for 200 credits, Advanced is $59/month for 400 credits and Agency is $119/month for 900 credits, all billed monthly with cancel-anytime terms. One generation costs 1 credit, or 2 with Real Products. New users get 5 free designs and no card is needed. If you need a render of a building or room that only exists as a model, sketch or plan, Render a House is the more efficient alternative for architecture, a no-GPU, browser-based option that renders from your own design, starting free with 3 credits a day; failed renders don't use credits, and each render includes up to 2 free retries if the result isn't right.

Updated October 2026. Every ReimagineHome figure on this page comes from ReimagineHome’s own pricing page, FAQ, refund policy and terms, checked on 27 October 2026 and linked inline. Render a House figures come from our live plan configuration.

Advanced$59 / month, billed monthly400 / month$0.14$708 / year
Agency$119 / month, billed monthly900 / month$0.13$1,428 / year

The last column is our arithmetic (monthly price × 12), not a ReimagineHome annual plan. The per-credit figures are the ones the pricing page prints under each plan.

What each plan includes

Essential ($19/month, 30 credits). The pricing page describes it as basic staging and light edits using legacy tools: virtual staging for common rooms, vacant-to-furnished or light redesigns, basic landscaping and exterior edits, watermark-free shareable images, before/after comparison and standard processing speed. It excludes the conversational agentic experience, Real Products, reference photos and “Next-Gen AI or High Resolution Quality”.

Pro ($36/month, 200 credits). Marked “Popular”. It adds the conversational design flow, precision control via specific instructions, Real Products discovery and visualization, Listing Batch Processing for real estate, reference photos, incremental editing, faster rendering with parallel processing, and “team/agency workflow tooling”. The page also lists a professional downloads library with high-resolution exports for Pro and above.

Advanced ($59/month, 400 credits). The same Pro system with a higher monthly allowance and a lower effective cost per credit, aimed at multi-space or multi-listing work.

Agency ($119/month, 900 credits). Everything in Advanced with the largest allowance and the lowest cost per credit, described as designed for teams producing work at scale.

Limits the pricing page does not spell out: output resolution in pixels and seat counts are not published (checked October 2026). The FAQ says uploads can be PNG, JPEG, WEBP, HEIC or HEIF up to 25 MB, that larger images are resized to 1024 px, and that outputs can be upscaled later. On teams, the FAQ answers “Do you offer team plans or multi-user access?” with “Not yet. Team features are in development.” On commercial use, it says all outputs are royalty-free for your commercial use, and the terms of use add “subject to your plan”.

How ReimagineHome credits work

ReimagineHome’s pricing page sets three rates:

  • 1 credit for a design or visualization only (styling, staging or layout outputs).
  • 2 credits for visualization plus Real Products: 1 for product discovery and bundling, 1 for visualizing the products in your space.
  • 0 credits for chatting, exploring ideas and refining requirements before generating.

The FAQ adds that each regeneration consumes a credit. So Essential’s 30 credits are 30 plain generations or 15 with Real Products, and Pro’s 200 are 200 or 100. Rollover of unused credits is not published (checked October 2026).

Free designs, trial and student pricing

The pricing page says all new users get 5 free designs on the same AI and quality as paid plans, and no card is required. The FAQ words it as 5 free credits to try all features, after which you continue on a paid plan.

Student or education pricing: not published (checked October 2026). Neither the pricing page nor the FAQ lists a student discount. Render a House has a Student plan with 80 credits a month, unlocked by referring 3 classmates.

Annual vs monthly billing

ReimagineHome publishes no annual plan: the pricing page lists “Monthly billing” and monthly prices only (checked October 2026). Staying on a plan for twelve months costs $228 on Essential, $432 on Pro, $708 on Advanced and $1,428 on Agency. The FAQ says you can change plans anytime and cancel anytime, keeping access until the end of the billing cycle.

What costs extra

  • Real Products. Each Real Products generation costs 2 credits instead of 1, per the pricing page.
  • Retries. Each regeneration consumes a credit, per the FAQ. The refund policy says a failed generation caused by a verified technical issue may get the credit restored, but a result you simply dislike is not a technical failure.
  • Credit top-ups. The pricing page’s meta description mentions credit top-ups, but no top-up price is published (checked October 2026).
  • Enterprise and API. The FAQ says large teams should contact ReimagineHome for enterprise pricing, and that there is no public API.
  • Refunds. The refund policy allows a voluntary refund within 7 days of the first paid purchase if fewer than 10 credits were used and the subscription is cancelled. Support is through the help page.

When ReimagineHome makes sense

ReimagineHome makes sense when you start from a photo: a listing to stage, an empty room to furnish, a yard to landscape, or a sky to replace. Pro at $36/month is the realistic entry point, because Essential stays on legacy tools without reference photos or the conversational flow. Real estate teams with many listings are the audience for Advanced and Agency, which keep the same features and only lower the cost per credit.

Consider an alternative when there is no photo yet. ReimagineHome edits what a camera already captured; it is not the route for a house that exists only as a SketchUp model, a plan or a sketch.

When to consider Render a House

Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp file directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG. Large images are downscaled automatically, and a render takes about 30–60 seconds.

Common questions about ReimagineHome pricing

How much does ReimagineHome cost per month?

ReimagineHome's pricing page lists Essential at $19/month for 30 credits, Pro at $36/month for 200 credits, Advanced at $59/month for 400 credits and Agency at $119/month for 900 credits, all billed monthly. Every new user also gets 5 free designs with no card.

Is ReimagineHome free?

Partly. New users get 5 free designs (the FAQ calls them 5 free credits) on the same AI as the paid plans, with no credit card. After that you need a paid plan; ReimagineHome's FAQ says the full agentic experience starts at $36/month on Pro.

Does ReimagineHome have annual or student pricing?

Not published (checked October 2026). The pricing page shows monthly prices only and says 'Monthly billing'. No student or education discount is listed on the pricing page or FAQ. For large teams or high usage, the FAQ says to contact ReimagineHome for enterprise pricing.

Can I get a refund from ReimagineHome?

The refund policy (last updated 17 July 2026) allows a voluntary refund if you ask within 7 days of your first paid purchase, cancel the subscription and have used fewer than 10 credits; EEA and UK consumers may also have a 14-day withdrawal right. The FAQ separately says no refunds are offered mid-cycle, but access lasts until the end of the billing period.

Is ReimagineHome cheaper than Render a House?

On list price, ReimagineHome Pro at $36/month is close to Render a House Pro at $39/month billed monthly ($312/year billed annually). They do different jobs: ReimagineHome edits photos of existing rooms and homes, while Render a House renders your own design from a SketchUp .skp, GLB, OBJ or STL model, a sketch or a plan image. Render a House also has a free plan of 3 credits a day at 1K with a watermark.

Have a model, sketch or plan instead of a photo? Render it free and compare the result with what you would get from a staged photo.
