At the published cost of about 10 credits for a Creative Interior or Exterior render, 40 credits is roughly 4 renders. The Free card lists "access to all features", private mode, a commercial licence and no watermark, but Spacely’s FAQ says commercial rights are for paying customers only and free users do not have them. Personal — $25/mo

$25/mo billed monthly or $20/mo billed yearly ($240/yr), 500 credits a month, 1 seat, standard queue with results in about 5 minutes and community support on Discord. In the full comparison table, Personal does not include Realistic Render, Auto Furnish, 4K download, Pro render quality, material settings, private mode, Generate Angles, the Background Generator, collaboration, software integrations, the watermark-free licence or the commercial licence. The Personal card higher on the same page lists private mode, commercial licence, watermark free and SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and Rhino integrations, so the page contradicts itself; ask Spacely before buying Personal for client work.

Studio — $50/mo

$50/mo billed monthly or $40/mo billed yearly ($480/yr), 1,500 credits a month and up to 2 seats. Spacely marks it "Most popular". The comparison table adds the Pro features (Realistic Render, Auto Furnish, 4K download, material settings, Generate Angles), private mode, real-time collaboration and shared canvases, a watermark-free commercial licence, the SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and Rhino integrations, priority queue under 3 minutes, email support within 48 hours and one 30-minute onboarding call.

Agency — $100/mo

$100/mo billed monthly or $80/mo billed yearly ($960/yr), 3,500 credits a month and up to 5 seats. Everything in Studio plus the Lightning queue (under 1 minute), email support within 24 hours and a private API key. It is the only plan with API access.

Education plan — $30

$30 with "everything in Studio Plan included" and 1,500 fresh credits monthly. The EDU price is applied automatically when you sign up with an academic email, and the plan is not transferable. Billing period for the $30: Not published (checked October 2026).

Our arithmetic from the published prices. Yearly billing saves exactly 20% on every plan, matching the "Save 20%" label. Per seat, Agency is the cheapest at $16.00 a seat a month billed yearly, assuming you fill all 5 seats; Studio is $20.00 a seat with both seats used. Yearly is only cheaper if you keep the plan for at least 10 of 12 months, because Spacely’s FAQ says it does not issue refunds.

Spacely AI makes sense for interior designers who restyle room photos and renders, want staging tools such as Empty the Room and Auto Furnish, and already work in SketchUp, Rhino or Revit with its plugins. Studio at $40/mo billed yearly is the realistic entry for client work, because it is the first plan where the comparison table shows the commercial licence, no watermark, 4K and the plugins.

Consider an alternative when you need a render of a design that already exists as a model or drawing. Spacely’s FAQ says it works from 2D images, asks you to export or snapshot the perspective from your 3D program, and accepts JPG, PNG, WebP and AVIF files only.

Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG.
