MyArchitectAI Pricing 2026: Starter ($29), Studio ($49) & Team ($99)
MyArchitectAI costs $29 a month for Starter, $49 a month for Studio and $99 a month for Team (5 seats) when billed monthly, or $290, $490 and $990 a year billed annually. Every plan includes unlimited still renders and a commercial license; the differences are animations, download resolution, storage and seats. For architecture, Render a House is the more efficient alternative: it renders from your own design in the browser with no GPU; failed renders don't use credits, and each render includes up to 2 free retries if the result isn't right.

Quick answer
Quick answer: per MyArchitectAI’s pricing page, Starter is $29/mo (or $290/yr) for one seat with unlimited renders and 4K downloads, Studio is $49/mo (or $490/yr) with 50 animations a month and 8K downloads, and Team is $99/mo (or $990/yr) with 5 seats and 200 animations a month. New accounts get 10 free renders, and students get 50% off any plan. If you need to render a SketchUp model, a 3D file or a floor plan image instead of a flat drawing, Render a House is the more efficient alternative for architecture, a no-GPU, browser-based option that renders from your own design, starting free with 3 credits a day; failed renders don't use credits, and each render includes up to 2 free retries if the result isn't right.

MyArchitectAI pricing at a glance
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Seats | Animations / mo | Downloads | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29 / mo | $290 / yr ($24.17 / mo) | 1 | Not included | 4K | 10 GB |
| Studio | $49 / mo | $490 / yr ($40.83 / mo) | 1 | 50 | 8K | 100 GB |
| Team | $99 / mo | $990 / yr ($82.50 / mo) | 5 | 200 | 8K | 500 GB |
Figures per the MyArchitectAI pricing page. All three plans list unlimited renders, unlimited edits and unlimited enhancer use, plus auto-saved generation history, priority live chat and email support, a commercial usage license and what the page calls bank-grade security. Prices are in USD, exclude local taxes and renew automatically; you can cancel anytime. The per-month annual figures are our division of the yearly price by 12.
What each MyArchitectAI plan includes
Starter — $29/mo
Pitched “for solo designers who only need still images”. One seat, unlimited renders, edits and enhancer use, 4K downloads and 10 GB of storage. No animations, so this is the plan for people who only deliver stills.
Studio — $49/mo
Everything in Starter plus 50 animations a month, 8K downloads, 100 GB of storage and one-on-one video training, still for one seat. The $20/mo step up from Starter is mostly the animations and the higher export resolution.
Team — $99/mo
Five seats, 200 animations a month, 8K downloads, 500 GB of storage and one-on-one video training. The page says prices are “per user” but also that Team includes 5 seats for $99/mo, which works out to $19.80 per seat per month billed monthly. Pricing for extra seats beyond five: Not published (checked October 2026); the page asks larger teams to message the live chat for volume discounts.
Monthly vs annual billing
The pricing page’s annual toggle is labelled “2 months for free”: each yearly price is ten times the monthly one, paid upfront.
| Plan | 12 × monthly | Annual price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $348 | $290 | $58 (17%) |
| Studio | $588 | $490 | $98 (17%) |
| Team | $1,188 | $990 | $198 (17%) |
Annual makes sense once you are sure you will render every month; otherwise monthly lets you pause. The pricing FAQ says you can pause or cancel from the subscription link and keep access until the billing period ends. Refunds are offered only if you created fewer than 20 renders, per the same pricing FAQ.
Is there a free MyArchitectAI plan?
No permanent free plan is listed. The pricing page and home page offer “10 renders for free” on sign-up, and each plan card has a “Try for free” button. Whether those free renders are watermarked or capped in resolution, and how long the trial lasts: Not published (checked October 2026). The help center’s watermark article is about adding your own firm logo, not a free-tier watermark.
Render a House has a free plan that does not run out after a fixed number: 3 credits a day at 1K resolution with a watermark, no card required.
Student and educator pricing
MyArchitectAI’s education page offers a 50% student discount on any plan, for bachelor’s, master’s and postgraduate students, and a free educator license. You apply with your university name and email; the page says approval usually takes no more than one business day. Applied to the list prices, 50% off would put Starter at $14.50/mo billed monthly or $145/yr; the page does not show discounted prices itself.
What costs extra
- Extra animations. The help center’s animation credits article says animation credits reset monthly on monthly and annual plans, and extra packs cost $9 for 10 animations, valid while your subscription is active. That article still lists older plan names (Pro and Scale), so treat the pack price as the latest published figure rather than a confirmed current one.
- Experimental tools. The pricing FAQ says early access tools sometimes come with usage limits even though core still-image features are unlimited.
- API usage is billed separately. The API page lists per-request pricing: $0.03 per interior or exterior render, edit by prompt or style transfer, $0.02 per 4K upscale, $0.01 per text-to-image or auto-prompt call and $0.25 per animation.
- Taxes. Prices exclude local taxes.
Nothing else is listed as an add-on: storage, seats and resolution are fixed per plan.
When it makes sense, and when to look elsewhere
MyArchitectAI makes sense if you render a lot of stills from images: the pricing FAQ says it takes JPEG, PNG and WEBP uploads of CAD exports, line drawings and hand sketches, and the rendering times article says 90% of renders are ready in under 20 seconds. At $29/mo with no cap on stills, a heavy user’s cost per image falls toward zero.
It is a weaker fit if your starting point is a floor plan or a 3D file. The same FAQ excludes floor plans from the CAD exports it renders; the beta Floor plan to render Labs tool restyles a 2D plan as an illustration, marker or blueprint graphic rather than producing a 3D view. Uploads are images only, so you export a view from SketchUp or Revit before every render.
Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp file directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG. Pro costs $39/mo billed monthly or $312/yr ($26/mo billed annually) for 240 credits a month. A 1K render costs 1 credit (about $0.16 on Pro monthly), 2K costs 1.5 and 4K costs 2. Renders take about 30–60 seconds, 4K is a Pro feature, video is on paid plans only, and each render gets up to 2 free retries if it comes out wrong. There are no team seats or roles, but projects can be shared by email with edit access, and help is in the app chat and on the support page.
Honestly: if you only render flat drawings and want unlimited stills, MyArchitectAI’s Starter is cheaper per image. If you want to render a model or a plan without exporting views first, try the architectural rendering tool free, or estimate a project with the render cost calculator. Plans are on the pricing page.
Common questions about MyArchitectAI pricing
How much does MyArchitectAI cost per month?
- MyArchitectAI's pricing page lists Starter at $29 a month, Studio at $49 a month and Team at $99 a month when billed monthly. Billed annually they cost $290, $490 and $990 a year, which MyArchitectAI describes as two months free. Prices are in USD and exclude local taxes.
Is MyArchitectAI free?
- There is no permanent free plan on the pricing page. New accounts get 10 renders for free, and each paid plan has a Try for free button. The resolution and limits of those free renders are not published (checked October 2026).
Does MyArchitectAI have a student discount?
- Yes. MyArchitectAI's education page offers students a 50% discount on any plan and educators a free educator license, after an application with a university email that it says is usually approved within one business day.
Are MyArchitectAI renders really unlimited?
- All three plans list unlimited renders, edits and enhancer use, and the pricing FAQ says premium plans include unlimited use of every feature for static images. Animations are capped (50 a month on Studio, 200 on Team, none on Starter), and experimental tools sometimes have usage limits.
Can MyArchitectAI render a floor plan?
- Not as a 3D render. The pricing FAQ says it supports CAD exports except floor plans, line drawings and hand sketches, uploaded as JPEG, PNG or WEBP. A beta Labs tool restyles a 2D floor plan into an illustrated marketing graphic.
Is MyArchitectAI cheaper than Render a House?
- For heavy still-image volume, MyArchitectAI's flat $29 a month with unlimited renders is hard to beat. Render a House starts free with 3 credits a day and Pro costs $39 a month billed monthly or $312 a year, for 240 credits a month; it also accepts SketchUp .skp files and 3D models directly, and plans exported to PNG or JPG.
