ArchiVinci Pricing 2026: Weekly ($39), Monthly ($79), Yearly ($549) & One-Time Passes

ArchiVinci costs $39 billed weekly, $79 billed monthly or $549 billed yearly ($46 a month) for unlimited ArchiVinci renders, or a one-time pass from $49 for 3 days to $599 for a year. New users get 3 free renders, and there is no published student price. For architecture, Render a House is the more efficient alternative: it renders from your own design in the browser with no GPU; failed renders don't use credits, and each render includes up to 2 free retries if the result isn't right.

ArchiVinci Pricing 2026: Weekly ($39), Monthly ($79), Yearly ($549) & One-Time Passes

Quick answer

Quick answer: per ArchiVinci’s pricing page, the three subscriptions are Weekly at $39 billed weekly, Monthly at $79 billed monthly and Yearly at $549 billed annually. Each includes unlimited ArchiVinci renders and floor plan generation, plus a small coin allowance for other AI models. One-time passes cost $49 (3 days), $99 (1 month), $299 (3 months), $499 (6 months) and $599 (1 year). If you want to render your own 3D model rather than an exported image, Render a House is the more efficient alternative for architecture, a no-GPU, browser-based option, free to start with 3 credits a day; failed renders don't use credits, and each render includes up to 2 free retries if the result isn't right.

What each ArchiVinci plan includes

Every paid plan unlocks the same feature set. The pricing page’s premium plan details list unlimited ArchiVinci-engine renders, unlimited AI floor plan generation, up to 4 concurrent renders, all modules (interior, exterior, bird’s-eye, landscape, floor plan and masterplan), the SketchUp render plugin, HDRI map generation, and 3D model generation with DXF, OBJ, GLB, SVG, PDF and PNG exports. What changes between plans is the period and the number of coins. Output resolution in pixels: Not published (checked October 2026).

Weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions

Weekly ($39, 20 coins), Monthly ($79, 40 coins) and Yearly ($549, 500 coins) renew automatically until you cancel. Per ArchiVinci’s refund policy, you can cancel from the account dashboard at any time, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the fee for a period that has started is not refunded. Switching plans (for example Monthly to Yearly) cancels the old subscription and may trigger a partial refund proportional to unused credits.

One-time passes

Passes are a single payment with no renewal: 3 days for $49, 1 month for $99, 3 months for $299, 6 months for $499 and 1 year for $599, each with unlimited ArchiVinci renders and 20 to 500 coins. They cost more than the equivalent subscription ($99 against $79 for a month, $599 against $549 for a year), so you pay $20 to $50 extra for not having to cancel. The refund policy applies its own pro-rata rules to passes, including a deduction if more than 8 renders are made on the 3-day pass.

Team plans

Team plans on the pricing page are one-time packages with a team-size selector, and each member gets individual access. For 2 users the page lists 3 months at $538 (down from $598), 6 months at $898 (from $998) and 1 year at $1,078 (from $1,198), with 120, 300 or 500 coins per user. With 3 users selected the same packages showed $807, $1,347 and $1,617, so the price scales per user: about $269, $449 and $539 per user. There is no recurring team subscription, and roles or an admin console are Not published (checked October 2026).

Annual vs monthly: the math

ArchiVinci cost over one year by billing option
OptionCost for 12 monthsEffective per month
Monthly Subscription$948 (12 × $79)$79
Yearly Subscription$549$46 (as printed)
1-year pass$599$50 (as printed)
Weekly Subscription$2,028 (52 × $39)$169

The Yearly Subscription saves $399 against twelve monthly payments, about 42%. That is our division of ArchiVinci’s list prices, not a figure ArchiVinci publishes. Weekly billing only makes sense for a short deadline: four weeks cost $156, roughly double a month. If you need a single week, the 3-day pass at $49 or the Weekly Subscription at $39 are the cheapest ways in; just remember the weekly plan renews until you cancel.

What costs extra

  • Other AI models and video use coins. The pricing page charges 1 coin per image on Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2, Qwen Image 2.0 Pro, Qwen Multi-angle and Seedream 5.0 Lite, and 5, 10 or 25 coins per video depending on quality. Only the ArchiVinci engine is unlimited.
  • Add-on coins are one-time purchases: 125 coins for $40, 250 for $65, 500 for $125 and 5,000 for $1,100. Used coins are non-refundable, per the refund policy.
  • Renders are kept for 7 days. ArchiVinci’s terms say renders are deleted after 7 days, so you need your own storage.
  • Your inputs may be shown publicly. The terms say images, prompts and renders you submit may be displayed on the website or in marketing, and ask users not to upload anything meant to stay private. A paid privacy option is Not published (checked October 2026).
  • Commercial use lasts while you pay. Per the terms, the licence for personal and commercial use is valid only while a pass is active or a subscription is in good standing.

Free renders, trial and student pricing

ArchiVinci’s home page offers 3 free renders with no watermark. Its FAQ says those free renders are for trying the product and cannot be used commercially. There is no ongoing free plan and no free trial of a paid tier on the pricing page. The cheapest paid entry is the $39 Weekly Subscription or the $49 3-day pass.

Student or education pricing: Not published (checked October 2026). The home page FAQ says students can use ArchiVinci for studio boards and portfolios, but no student price appears on the pricing page or in the terms. Render a House has a free plan of 3 credits a day at 1K with a watermark, no card required, and a Student plan of 80 credits a month at no cost, unlocked when three classmates sign up and complete a first render.

When ArchiVinci makes sense, and when to look elsewhere

ArchiVinci makes sense if you render from images all day. Unlimited ArchiVinci-engine renders for $79 a month, or $549 a year, are hard to beat on volume, and the passes suit a single competition or client deadline without a subscription to cancel. Its SketchUp page says the free plugin renders the active SketchUp view without exporting.

Consider an alternative when your source is a 3D model you want to open as a model. The same SketchUp page says ArchiVinci does not accept native .skp files and works from PNG, JPEG or WEBP images. It is also a poor fit if you render a few times a month, need renders kept longer than 7 days, or cannot have unbuilt projects shown publicly.

Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG, and large images are downscaled automatically. Renders take about 30–60 seconds, a bad render gets up to 2 free retries, and projects can be shared by email with edit access, though there are no team seats or roles.

Read honestly: if you make more than about 240 1K renders a month from images, ArchiVinci’s unlimited plan costs less per render. If you render less, start from a model, or want to try for free first, Render a House usually costs less. Common questions about ArchiVinci pricing

How much does ArchiVinci cost per month?

ArchiVinci's pricing page lists the Monthly Subscription at $79 billed monthly and the Yearly Subscription at $549 billed annually, which it shows as $46 a month. A Weekly Subscription costs $39 billed weekly. All three include unlimited ArchiVinci renders. Prices are in US dollars.

Is ArchiVinci free?

Not beyond a trial. ArchiVinci's home page offers 3 free renders without a watermark, but its FAQ says those free renders cannot be used commercially; commercial use needs an active package or subscription. There is no ongoing free plan on the pricing page (checked October 2026).

Does ArchiVinci have a student discount?

Not published (checked October 2026). ArchiVinci's FAQ says students can use the product, but neither the pricing page nor the terms list a student or education price. The pricing page showed a time-limited 15% checkout code during our check, open to anyone.

What is the difference between ArchiVinci's subscriptions and one-time passes?

Subscriptions renew automatically every week, month or year until you cancel. One-time passes (3 days $49, 1 month $99, 3 months $299, 6 months $499, 1 year $599) are a single payment with no renewal. Both give unlimited ArchiVinci renders for the period; the yearly subscription is $50 cheaper than the 1-year pass.

Is ArchiVinci cheaper than Render a House?

It depends on volume. ArchiVinci Monthly is $79 for unlimited ArchiVinci renders from images. Render a House Pro is $39 billed monthly, or $312 a year ($26 a month billed annually), for 240 credits a month, and it has a free plan of 3 credits a day. Render a House also opens SketchUp .skp, GLB, GLTF, OBJ and STL models directly, which ArchiVinci says it does not.
