Cedreo Pricing 2026: Free, Personal ($59/project), Pro ($39–$59/mo) & Enterprise ($59–$69/user/mo)

Free — $0

One user, one project and the essential floor plan drawing tools: plan import (JPEG, PNG, PDF, DWG, DXF), dimension editing, room classification, real-time 3D and levels and basements. Doors, windows, symbols, materials and furniture are limited, and there is no rendering. No card is needed to sign up. Per Cedreo’s FAQ, a Free account stays accessible for 3 years; if you have not upgraded by then, the project is deleted.

Personal — $59 per project

Built for a homeowner with one house. You pay $59 once per project and get the advanced plan features (annotations, cross sections, elevations, roofs, downloads to JPG, DXF and PDF), terrain and outdoor tools, presentation documents, the full furniture and material libraries, 20 renderings and 3 AI renderings for that project. Exporting presentations to PDF is not included. Per the FAQ, you can buy as many Personal projects as you need, each with its own 20 renderings, and the account stays accessible for 10 years.

Pro — $39 to $59/mo

The plan for builders and remodelers with several jobs: $59/mo billed monthly or $39/mo billed annually. It adds unlimited projects, custom default drawing settings, PDF export of presentations, live chat and email support with Cedreo coaches, 40 renderings a month and 10 AI renders. Cedreo labels Pro “most popular”.

Enterprise — $59 to $69/user/mo

For teams: $69 per user per month billed monthly or $59 per user per month billed annually, with no user limit. It adds a multi-user workspace, role and permission management, a shared floor plan catalog and project sharing with team members, plus 80 renderings and 20 AI renderings per user per month.

The math is ours, from the published prices. Annual Pro saves about a third, so if you will use Cedreo for more than 8 months of the year, annual is cheaper. On Enterprise the gap is smaller, $10 per user per month. Two rules from Cedreo’s FAQ matter before you commit: you can switch Pro or Enterprise from monthly to annual but not back, and you cannot downgrade to a lower plan once subscribed. Per How to Cancel my Subscription, cancelling keeps access until the end of the billing period, and the FAQ says no refund is issued for the unused part.

Cedreo renders inside its own 3D model of your plan. Per How to Choose a Rendering Format, there are two formats: HD (1280 × 720) and Full HD (1920 × 1080), with HD as the default. Higher resolutions are not published (checked October 2026). On Pro and Enterprise, unused monthly renderings do not roll over: they expire at the end of the billing cycle, or every month on the subscription date for annual plans.

AI renders are separate. Per How to Enhance Your Renders with AI, an AI Variation applied from the gallery changes style, season or time of day and uses one AI credit but no rendering credit; adding AI effects while setting up a new render uses one AI effect and one rendering credit.

• Rendering packs. Per How to Purchase a Rendering Package, extra renderings can be bought on Personal and Pro; Free and Enterprise users cannot buy packs. Purchased renderings do not expire. Pack price: Not published (checked October 2026).

Student or education pricing: Not published (checked October 2026). Cedreo’s pricing page lists only the Free, Personal, Pro and Enterprise plans. Cedreo makes sense when you are a home builder, contractor or remodeler who needs to draw the house itself: walls, roof, site plan, elevations and a client presentation in one browser tool. Pro at $39/mo billed annually is a fair price if 40 renderings a month covers your sales pipeline, and Personal at $59 once is good value for a single home.

Consider an alternative if the design already exists in SketchUp or another 3D tool, or as a sketch or plan, and what you need is more and better renders than Cedreo’s quota and Full HD ceiling allow. Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG. Renders take about 30 to 60 seconds.

On Render a House Pro a credit works out to $39 ÷ 240 = $0.163 billed monthly. 4K output is on Pro only, and a bad render gets up to 2 free retries. There are no team seats or roles, but projects can be shared by email with edit access, and support is in the app chat and on the support page. The honest limit: Render a House does not draw plans, roofs or site plans, so it replaces Cedreo’s render quota, not its drafting. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period, with no refund for unused time.
