The yearly totals are our multiplication of the per-month figures shown on the pricing page. Premium and Ultimate save the full 20%; Essential saves about 17%, which is why the page says “up to” 20%. Per the subscription help article, you choose Yearly or Monthly at checkout and can pay by card through Stripe or by PayPal.

Tokens are Leonardo’s currency. Per the Tokens FAQ, every feature, image model and video model has its own token cost, which also changes with reference images, settings, image size and batch size; the cost is shown on the generate button before you spend. Consider an alternative when the image has to show a specific building you have already designed. Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG.
