What each Rendair plan includes
Free — $0
Per Can I use Rendair for free?, the Free plan includes 20 credits when you sign up, one time only, unlimited text to image with Rendair v1 (which costs no credits), 3 projects and 1 board. No card is needed to start. Rendair adds no watermark on any plan, but Free renders may be featured on its social media or explore page, and top-ups are not available on Free. A free trial of a paid plan: Not published (checked October 2026).
Starter — $19/mo
$19/mo billed monthly or $190/yr billed yearly. 500 credits a month, 4 generations running in parallel with one output at a time, up to 25 active boards, chat support and a full commercial license. It is a single seat and cannot add extra seats; priority queue, custom styles and training sessions are not included.
Pro — $49/mo
$49/mo billed monthly or $490/yr billed yearly. 1,500 credits a month, 8 generations in parallel with 4 outputs at once, up to 50 boards, 2 members, priority queue, custom styles, personalized support and 1 personal training session a month. The plans article also lists “HD outputs” for Pro; Rendair does not define HD as a pixel size, and its resolution article says output size (1K, 2K or 4K) depends on the model you pick.
Studio Pro — $199/mo
$199/mo billed monthly or $1,990/yr billed yearly. 7,500 credits a month, 12 generations in parallel, up to 100 boards, 5 members, up to 100 collaborators per board and 2 training sessions a month. It is the plan for a studio that wants everyone on one shared credit balance.
Enterprise — custom
Custom price, billed yearly by invoice or purchase order, with credits sized to usage, seats for the whole team, a dedicated account manager and team onboarding. Per-seat or minimum Enterprise pricing: Not published (checked October 2026).
Monthly vs annual billing
Rendair’s yearly discount article says a yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price, so two of the twelve months are free. Credits are still added monthly on a yearly plan.
| Plan | 12 × monthly | Yearly | You save | Effective monthly on yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $228 | $190 | $38 (17%) | $15.83 |
| Pro | $588 | $490 | $98 (17%) | $40.83 |
| Studio Pro | $2,388 | $1,990 | $398 (17%) | $165.83 |
The saving is about 17% on every plan. Paying yearly only beats paying monthly if you would keep the plan for more than ten months; subscriptions can also be paused for up to 3 months, per How to pause your subscription.
What a Rendair credit buys
Credits are shared across every Rendair app. Per the credit costs article, Rendair v1 text to image is free, Rendair v2 images cost 1 credit at 1K and 2 at 2K, Nano Banana Pro costs 5 at 1K or 2K and 10 at 4K, and upscaling costs 5, 10, 20 or 40 credits for 2x, 4x, 6x or 8x. The video article prices a 5-second clip at 38 credits at 720p, 50 at 1080p and 95 in 4K, and a 10-second clip at twice that.
| Source of credits | Price | Credits | Cost per credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter (monthly billing) | $19 / mo | 500 | $0.038 |
| Pro (monthly billing) | $49 / mo | 1,500 | $0.033 |
| Studio Pro (monthly billing) | $199 / mo | 7,500 | $0.027 |
| Starter (yearly billing) | $190 / yr | 6,000 | $0.032 |
| Pro (yearly billing) | $490 / yr | 18,000 | $0.027 |
| Studio Pro (yearly billing) | $1,990 / yr | 90,000 | $0.022 |
| One-time top-up | $19 | 500 | $0.038 |
| One-time top-up | $69 | 2,000 | $0.035 |
| One-time top-up | $299 | 10,000 | $0.030 |
The cost-per-credit column is our arithmetic. One caveat: the pricing page says 500 credits come to roughly “25 videos”, which implies 20 credits a video, while the video article’s lowest price is 38 credits for 5 seconds at 720p, or about 13 clips per 500 credits. Plan on the help-center figure. Two things work in your favour: per Do unused credits roll over?, unused credits stay in your balance at every renewal, and per Can I retry without losing credits?, failed generations are refunded automatically. A finished result you don’t like still uses credits.
What costs extra
- Top-ups. Per Can I buy more credits without upgrading?, 500 credits cost $19, 2,000 cost $69 and 10,000 cost $299, or a custom amount from 100 to 50,000. Only while a paid subscription is active; top-up credits don’t expire.
- Extra seats. Per How do I add more seats?, Pro and Studio Pro can add seats at $19 per seat per month or $190 per year, each adding 500 credits a month. Pro can add up to 5 and Studio Pro up to 15; Free and Starter cannot add seats.
- API access. Not included in any Rendair plan, per API access and partnership requests; partnership requests are reviewed case by case.
- Refunds. Per Can I get a refund?, payments are generally not refunded, except mistaken charges reported within 24 hours; top-up packs and unused time are not refunded.
- Payment. Per accepted payment methods, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link through Stripe; PayPal is not accepted. Enterprise pays by invoice or purchase order.
Student and education pricing
Rendair no longer sells an individual student plan. Its help center article Is there a student plan? says the Student plan is closed to new customers, existing holders keep it, and students should start on the Free plan. The Rendair Campus page describes school licenses: seats for every enrolled student and tutor, priced as a flat yearly fee per seat and invoiced to the institution, with workshops and onboarding. The Campus per-seat price: Not published (checked October 2026); Rendair quotes it on request.
Rendair pricing compared to Render a House
Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp file directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG. Large images are downscaled automatically. Rendair’s file formats article lists JPG, PNG and WebP images and GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL models, and its SketchUp article says to export a JPG/PNG view or an OBJ/STL file first.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Credits / mo | Cost per credit (monthly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Render a House Free | $0 | $0 | 3 / day at 1K, watermarked | — |
| Render a House Basic | $19 / mo | $152 / yr ($12.67 / mo) | 120 | $0.158 |
| Render a House Pro | $39 / mo | $312 / yr ($26.00 / mo) | 240 | $0.163 |
| Render a House Studio | $99 / mo | $792 / yr ($66.00 / mo) | 1,000 | $0.099 |
| Rendair Free | $0 | $0 | 20 once at signup | — |
| Rendair Starter | $19 / mo | $190 / yr ($15.83 / mo) | 500 | $0.038 |
| Rendair Pro | $49 / mo | $490 / yr ($40.83 / mo) | 1,500 | $0.033 |
| Rendair Studio Pro | $199 / mo | $1,990 / yr ($165.83 / mo) | 7,500 | $0.027 |
Read honestly, a Rendair credit is cheaper. What a credit buys differs: on Render a House a 1K render costs 1 credit, 2K costs 1.5 and a 4K Pro-model render 4, renders take about 30–60 seconds, and a bad render gets up to 2 free retries, where Rendair charges again for a finished result you don’t like. Video is on paid plans only. Render a House has no team seats or roles, but projects can be shared by email with edit access, and help is available through the in-app chat and the support page.
When Rendair makes sense, and when to look elsewhere
Rendair makes sense if you want one workspace with boards, chat, many image models, video and 3D, and several people on one shared credit balance. Rollover credits, a commercial license from Starter up and $19 extra seats with their own credits are real advantages for a growing studio. For five people, Pro plus 3 extra seats is $106/mo with 3,000 credits, against $199/mo with 7,500 credits on Studio Pro (our arithmetic from the seat and plan prices).
Consider an alternative if you mainly render a design you already have and want to start from the SketchUp file itself, if 20 one-time credits are too little to judge the tool, or if you don’t want to pay again for every result you reject. Render a House starts free with 3 credits a day and Pro is $39/mo billed monthly or $312/yr ($26/mo billed annually).
Common questions about Rendair pricing
How much does Rendair cost per month?
- Rendair's pricing page lists Starter at $19, Pro at $49 and Studio Pro at $199 per month billed monthly, plus a custom-priced Enterprise plan billed yearly by invoice or purchase order. Billed yearly, the three self-serve plans cost $190, $490 and $1,990 a year, which is ten months of the monthly price.
Is Rendair free?
- There is a Free plan at $0. Rendair's help center says it includes 20 credits once at signup (they do not refill), unlimited text to image with Rendair v1, 3 projects and 1 board, and that the Free plan is meant for trying Rendair and personal use. A free trial of a paid plan is not published (checked October 2026).
Does Rendair have a student discount?
- Not for individuals any more. Rendair's help center says the Student plan is closed to new customers and points students to the Free plan. Its Campus page offers schools a license priced as a flat yearly fee per seat, quoted on request; the per-seat price is not published (checked October 2026).
How many renders do you get with Rendair Starter?
- Starter includes 500 credits a month. Rendair v2 images cost 1 credit at 1K and 2 at 2K, so that is up to about 500 1K images or 250 2K images, while other models such as Nano Banana Pro cost 5 to 10 credits per image. Unused credits roll over at each renewal.
Can I use Rendair images commercially?
- Yes, on paid plans. Rendair's help center says renders made on Starter, Pro and Studio Pro can be used commercially, including client projects and listings, and that Rendair adds no watermark on any plan. Free-plan renders are for personal use and may be featured by Rendair.
Is Rendair cheaper than Render a House?
- Per credit, Rendair is usually cheaper: Starter works out to $0.038 a credit and Render a House Pro to $0.163 on monthly billing. Credits are not the same unit, though: a 1K Render a House render costs 1 credit, failed or bad renders get up to 2 free retries, and Render a House has a free plan of 3 credits a day instead of a one-time grant.
