ReRender AI Pricing 2026: Free, Pro ($45/mo or $38/mo Annual), Team ($55/mo) & Student
ReRender AI costs $45 a month for its individual Pro plan billed monthly, or $450 for the first year on the annual plan (shown as $38 a month). The Team Plan is $55 a month, or $46 a month billed annually, students pay $9 every two weeks or $180 a year, and a free trial gives 3 watermarked renders a day. For architecture, Render a House is the more efficient alternative: it renders from your own design in the browser with no GPU; failed renders don't use credits, and each render includes up to 2 free retries if the result isn't right.

What each ReRender AI plan includes
Free Trial — $0
The Free Trial includes 3 renders a day, standard image quality, watermarked renders, simple lighting effects and theme-based rendering, and it is marked non-commercial use. Renders are private by default; ReRender’s FAQ says new renders are private on every plan, including Free. No card requirement or end date for the trial is stated (checked October 2026).
Pro — $45/mo or $38/mo billed annually
The individual paid plan, which the page calls Pro, lists unlimited renders, full commercial usage rights, 4x image upscaling, watermark-free renders, advanced control options, prompt-based customization, SketchUp plugin support and video generation credits. Monthly billing is $45 each month. The annual plan is “a one-time charge of $450 for the first year”, which the page shows as $38 a month and a $90 saving in the first year.
Team Plan — $55/mo or $46/mo billed annually
The Team Plan “includes all Pro Plan features” and adds centralized billing, one-click email invites, role and seat management, shared projects and moodboards, and consistent styles via team moodboards. It is $55 a month billed monthly or $46 a month on the annual plan, and the Team tab also offers a $0 trial. Whether $55 is per seat or per workspace, how many seats are included, and the annual total are Not published (checked October 2026). The FAQ adds that team workspaces can include SSO, audit logs, configurable retention, data isolation or regional hosting when your plan or agreement includes them.
Student Plan — $9 per two weeks or $180/yr
The ReRender EDU Program has two plans with the same feature list as Pro, including unlimited renders and commercial usage rights. The Student Bi-Weekly Plan is $9 every two weeks and requires signing up with a valid education email. The Student Annual Plan is a one-time charge of $180 for the first year, shown as $15 a month and a $54 saving in the first year.
Monthly vs annual: the math
| Plan | 12 months billed monthly | Annual plan, first year | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $540 ($45 × 12) | $450 | $90 (17%) |
| Team | $660 ($55 × 12) | $552 ($46 × 12, our math) | $108 |
| Student | $234 ($9 × 26 two-week periods) | $180 | $54 (23%) |
The Pro and Student savings match what ReRender AI prints on its pricing page ($90 and $54). The $38 a month for Pro is $450 ÷ 12 = $37.50, rounded. The Team annual figure is our multiplication of the $46 monthly rate, because the page does not show a yearly total for Team. Both annual offers are worded as the price “for the first year”, and the renewal price after year one is Not published (checked October 2026).
Annual billing only pays off if you will keep rendering for the full year. ReRender’s Terms of Service say all purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, so an unused annual plan is not recoverable.
What costs extra, and what is not published
- Video. Paid plans list “Video Generation Credits”, but how many credits, how long a clip they buy and the price of more credits are Not published (checked October 2026).
- Unlimited limits. No fair-use cap, rate limit or queue priority is published for the unlimited plans (checked October 2026).
- Resolution. The free plan is “standard image quality” and paid plans add 4x upscaling; the output size in pixels is Not published (checked October 2026).
- API. ReRender links an API from its footer, but API pricing is not listed on the pricing page (checked October 2026).
- Refunds. None, per the Terms of Service, except where required by law.
- Commercial use on Free. The pricing page marks the Free Trial non-commercial, while the Terms grant commercial use of output subject to the Terms. Treat the free plan as non-commercial until ReRender says otherwise.
When ReRender AI makes sense, and when to consider an alternative
ReRender AI makes sense when you render a lot. A flat $45 a month for unlimited renders is good value for a designer producing dozens of views a week, and the $9 bi-weekly student plan is one of the cheapest ways to get commercial-use AI renders during a semester. Its home page describes the workflow as uploading a screenshot of your model, sketch or photo and getting a photorealistic render that keeps the design and materials, and paid plans add a SketchUp plugin.
Consider an alternative when you render occasionally, so a flat-rate plan sits mostly unused and cannot be refunded; when you need video and want to know what it costs before paying; when you need team seats priced up front; or when you would rather upload the model file itself than a screenshot of it.
ReRender AI pricing compared to Render a House
Render a House is an AI rendering tool for architects and real estate. It runs in the browser with no GPU and renders from your own design: upload a SketchUp .skp file directly, a GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL model, a sketch, a photo, or a plan exported to PNG/JPG. Large images are downscaled automatically, and a render takes about 30–60 seconds.
| Plan | Price and billing period | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| ReRender AI Free Trial | $0 | 3 renders a day, watermarked, non-commercial |
| Render a House Free | $0, no card | 3 credits a day at 1K with a watermark |
| ReRender AI Pro | $45 / mo billed monthly; $450 / yr ($38 / mo) billed annually | Unlimited renders, 4x upscaling, video credits (amount not published) |
| Render a House Pro | $39 / mo billed monthly; $312 / yr ($26 / mo) billed annually | 240 credits a month: up to 240 1K or 160 2K renders; 4K; video at 0.8 credits per second |
| ReRender AI Team | $55 / mo billed monthly; $46 / mo billed annually | Pro features plus roles, seats and shared workspace |
| Render a House sharing | Included | No team seats or roles; projects can be shared by email with edit access |
Read honestly: on Render a House Pro a 1K render costs 1 credit, about $0.16 on monthly billing, so a studio rendering hundreds of images a month will pay less per image on ReRender AI’s unlimited plan. What Render a House adds is the input and the safety net: the 3D file itself instead of a screenshot, video on paid plans, 4K on Pro, up to 2 free retries when a render comes out wrong, and support through the in-app chat and the support page. Estimate a project with the render cost calculator, or compare every plan on the pricing page.

- ReRender AI's Terms of Service say all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or stated in a separate written agreement. Try the free daily renders before paying, especially before the annual plan.
Is Render a House cheaper than ReRender AI?
- It depends on volume. Render a House Pro is $39/mo billed monthly or $312/yr ($26/mo billed annually) for 240 credits a month, against ReRender AI Pro at $45/mo with unlimited renders.
