What you get on each plan, and how billing works.
Render a House offers two ways to use the product: Free and Pro. You can upgrade or cancel any time.

All plans share upload, prompts, styles, camera angles, compare, download, share, folders, and history.
Free
- 1 render + 3 edits per day, reset daily
- Renders include a small Render a House watermark
- Full access to prompts, camera angles, compare, download, share
- No Video, no Copy Render, no priority queue
Best for: trying the tool out, exploring what's possible before upgrading.
Pro
- 500 renders / month, reset at the start of each billing cycle
- No watermark
- Video generation (credits consumed per second of video)
- Copy Render across perspectives (same look across multiple views of the same project)
- Priority render queue
- Full styles library including uploadable custom styles
Best for: professional architects, designers, and real estate teams who use Render a House regularly.
Monthly vs. annual
Pro is billed monthly or annually:
- Monthly — $39 / month, cancel anytime
- Annual — pay once upfront, 4 months free vs. monthly (discount applied to initial payment)
Prepaid render packs
You can buy a prepaid pack of renders without a subscription. Packs:
- Credit instantly on purchase
- Don't expire
- Don't auto-renew — top up again when you run out
- Aren't refundable once purchased
To buy, open your account menu → Manage Subscription → Buy renders.
How credits work
Every action that calls the AI consumes one credit:
- One click of Render = one credit
- Each edit / iteration (inpainting, prompt re-run, Improve quality) = one credit
- Video: credits charged per second of generated video, not per video
- Failed renders don't charge credits — if a render errors on the platform side, no credit is spent
Viewing, comparing, sharing, and downloading do not consume credits.
Your current usage is visible in the top-right of the app, next to your profile picture — with separate counters for renders and video seconds:
When you run out on Free, you'll see a "You're out of renders" dialog:
Upgrading
- Click Upgrade to Pro (top-right of the app) or your avatar → Manage Subscription
- Pick Monthly or Annual
- Enter payment details (Stripe handles billing securely — credit card only)
- Upgrade takes effect immediately — new credits available right away
Cancelling
From the avatar menu → Manage Subscription → cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free automatically.
If you can't see the cancel button, try opening the app in an incognito window.
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated case by case and aren't guaranteed:
- Monthly Pro — generally not refunded after the charge posts. Cancel to stop future charges
- Annual Pro — not refundable after the initial payment in normal cases
- Prepaid render packs — not refundable once purchased
Refunds can take 5–10 business days to show on your statement depending on your bank.
To request a refund, use the Chat with human button in the app and include: the account email, date and amount of the charge, and the last 4 digits of the card.
Team / organization pricing
Render a House doesn't offer a formal team plan. Multi-user accounts are not allowed — one account per person. For a studio, the recommended path is a single shared studio account; contact support to set that up.
Currency, taxes, and payment methods
- Prices are in USD
- Payment is processed in USD; your bank converts to local currency at its exchange rate, which may include local taxes
- Invoices are issued by Render a House LLC and emailed automatically on each charge
